I went in today to get fitted for a bra. I needed measurements. The lady measured me one time and grabbed some 36G bra's. She never measured my boobs. I felt she was there for her check. I left and went to lane bryant and was measured correctly for a 36DD.

I've been going to this Nordstrom in Tacoma Mall for years. I grew up in the Tacoma area, so it's been a while. I hate how the customer service in this Nordstrom has declined. Years ago, they were so friendly and welcoming, but now, they straight up ignore you. And when they do finally help you, they act as if you're a nuisance. It was my birthday today, and I asked if there was anything for birthdays, and the employee cut me off immediately, saying no. It's off-putting enough that I don't want to come back. I will not be purchasing anything again from this particular Nordstrom.

The lady where the beautiful handbags are was very kind and helped me,especially when I didn't see a purse I was looking for.she informed me they DID have the one I was looking for rang me up and was out of store w/in 5 min!!! Thank You

Absolute *perfect* experience with Kelly in the lingerie department at Nordstrom. I came in with a broken bra I had purchased less than a year ago, hoping to either replace or repair it. Kelly immediately greeted me and offered help. She was able to fit me perfectly just by looking—no measuring needed.
The entire process was quick, efficient, and far better than the stressful experiences I’ve had buying bras in the past. Kelly was professional, knowledgeable, and also very kind to both me and my partner.
HIGHLY recommend working with Kelly if you’re shopping for intimate wear, especially bras.

Other than one of their employees (male) being kind of snotty and stuck up towards me… I usually have Nothing but wonderful customer service. It was just that one staff member that was kind of snotty to me. All the rest were very sweet and nice and helpful. I still love Nordstrom and I still love the store. I highly recommend shopping here 99% of the time the staff is wonderful.

Avid shopper at Nordstrom, but I had a pretty bad experience today. Sat for about 15 minutes at the men shoes department without any staff acknowledgement. I was planning to buy some shoes and wanted to try them on. Ended up just leaving and bought somewhere else
