Mike Eastey is an incredible advisor and helped my wife and I with being well informed on all our options. He is not your average sales person- being completely transparent, kind, and very communicative. I would highly recommend working with him for all your MINI dealings at the Tacoma MINI center.

On the 4th of November, I drove to this dealership to purchase a pair of front and rear windshield wiper blades for my wife's Mini Clubman. A young man assisted me after I provided the last seven digits of the VIN. After returning home, I noticed that the rear wiper blade set did not fit. I called back and spoke to the same Parts representative and informed him that you sold me the wrong parts. I again provided him with the VIN number and he confirmed that he had pulled the wrong parts, which is annoying since I live in Burien and it is a 30 minute drive each way. I asked him if he could mail me the parts and I'll exchange at a later date. After taking my shipping information, he informed me that it would be a $25 dollar ship fee to mail the ~$50 wiper parts. I asked him to waive the fee because it was his error. Unfortunately, he was quiet on the phone and could not do anything because the Parts Manager was not there. Ultimately, I ended up driving back to the dealership due after attending another event in the area to exchange the parts. This time, there was difference in price of approximately $9+, which I paid, but was not happy. My gripe with this representatives is that all though he was apologetic for his mistake, not once did he display any empath for the additional 1-hour of my time and the gas to drive to the dealership twice to correct his mistake. If you are going to place people in customer-facing roles at a dealership they should a.) have better training on how to treat a customer and show empathy (e.g all I received was "I am sorry..." or "...I get it why you are upset and b.) be empowered to correct their mistakes, i.e., he could have swapped out the parts for even exchange instead of making an highly inconvenience customer pay +$9 more or shipped the parts and waived the shipping fee. Although I am not a Mini owner, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking to buy a vehicle and especially it is NO on ever setting foot in this place to buy parts.I was completely turned off by the experience!

Purchased my first mini here. Awesome staff and no pressure service. Have given away a couple of their business cards to friends who are looking for a new car

So far my experience has been extremely disappointing. I dropped my car off over 24 hours ago and was told I would have an update by now. I'm now being told my car has not even been looked at yet. I am not okay with that.Edit: after the customer service I've received today just trying to find out when exactly my car will be looked it - I wish I could rate negative stars. Truly hope my car is looked at tomorrow.Edit after picking car up - updating to 3 starts due to the absolutely stellar service I received from Darrell today. He communicated frequently, and was so kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Bert who helped check me out tonight was also amazing. The only reason this experience started off badly was due to the abysmal service provided by service advisor Nicole S. She's singlehandedly ruining the reputation of Tacoma Mini. Thank you to Darrell and Bert for being much better.

Worked with Michael at Tacoma Mini - he was an extremely knowledgeable and no pressure sales representative. We test drove multiple cars, he was patient, could answer all questions, point out differences (pros/cons of each model), and gave us the time and space we needed for considering a purchase. I'd 100% recommend working with Michael at Mini of Tacoma!

Mathew at the parts department was amazing’ he was helpful and insight while also being funny and charismatic! It’s really nice to go somewhere needing some thing and not only getting the help I need but also enjoying myself! Good employees are hard to fine. Will definitely be back because of him.

What a great group of people. from the customer service professionals, sales team & service department. I bought my mini 3 years ago w/ an extended warranty - I want to feel safe in my car & they make sure I am. Plus they offer a loaner car as needed. Thankful! Don’t go anywhere else.

My husband and I bought our third mini cooper 1 year ago used and there were things with the car that we couldn’t figure out how to change. We stopped by a couple weekends ago to see if they could help us figure it out. We met Mike Eastey who was so wonderful! Very nice to talk to, very enthusiastic about mini in general, very eager to help and even helped us reset other settings that we didn’t even know was possible. We appreciated him so very much for spending time with us and for being so knowledgeable. Everyone go see Mike Eastey to buy your next mini copper.

My wife is in a Mini Cooper car club. The members in the group frequently go to this dealership. The staff here are always the friendliest people that I have come across. We went to the dealership because my wife posted on Facebook asking if anyone may have a key for her roof rack and a gentleman named Terry (sp) who works there read my wife's post offered to help. They sponsor the Mini Cooper group, but they go above and beyond to help when they don't have to. They have done so much for the group and this dealership, I highly recommend that if you want to purchase a Mini Cooper or any other vehicle, because they offer a lot, you should go visit Tacoma Mini. Very kind people.

I'm not completely satisfied and the service department isn't capable of understanding why. Be very careful,Tacoma Mini will overcharge their customers. Service reps are not trained or experienced enough to relay accurate information from the technician and don't understand estimating or doing business. They are primarily a scheduler. I'm disappointed with the whole experience. They tried to charge $95 to replace an oil fill cap, I was able to buy for $9 and install in 5 seconds. When I explained the economics to the service advisor she didn't understand why I viewed it unacceptable to charge me $50 for the part and 12min of labor. They tried to charge me $149 to replace the air filter. OEM filter costs $39 and takes 5 min to install at home. If I can perform these maintenance tasks more efficiently than an OEM dealer how can I trust anything they tell me???

I'd like to give our sale representative Mike Eastey a huge thumbs up. My wife bought her first car in her life - a chili red 2019 Countryman, and Mike helped us with extreme patience and hospitality! We arrived pretty late which they usually don't accept appointments anymore, but Mike still helped us and guided us through multiple test drives and options, and finally closed the deal. It was 7PM on a Sunday night when we finished up the paperwork so a ton of thanks to Mike and team! Highly recommend to anyone shopping for a new/pre-owned Mini

I recently purchased a pre-owned countryman here. Mike Eastey was incredibly helpful and attentive, answering all of my questions and ensuring that I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Even after the purchase, he continued to follow up with me to make sure everything was going smoothly and to address any concerns or questions I had.Mike went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. He delivered the car to me, taking the time to give me a detailed introduction to all of its features and functions. His excellent customer service and attention to detail made the entire process a breeze.I highly recommend shopping with Mike for anyone in the market who’re interested in purchasing Mini. His expertise, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set him apart!

What happened to Tacoma Mini?! I've been going to Tacoma Mini for all of my Mini needs for 10+ years. When it was Northwest Mini, the service was unparalleled. When Justin took over as the service manager, service was phenomenal! From purchasing my two Minis, scheduling service appointments and service visits - service was OUTSTANDING. Justin always took care of me, made sure I got what I needed and followed up with me to make sure everything was taken care of. I appreciated his quick service and personal attention to detail; I always felt valued when I was there for service (no matter how big or small). The outstanding service was WHY I continued to pay astronomical prices for service on my cars. However, since the management changed, service has gone WAY downhill. Every time I call for service, I get someone on the phone not even in the state and they have no idea what they are doing. The only useful person there is Bert. But unfortunately, Bert can't do everything alone! Getting someone on the phone is excruciatingly painful. When I was there for my recent service appointment, I was asked to wait in my car in the service line until the service advisor could come get me. Talk about annoying! If I wanted to be treated like that, I would have bought a KIA! NOT paid an astronomical figure for my higher end Mini Countryman. Bert came out finally to tell me to come in and got me figured out but he was the only service advisor there for 8 other people waiting in the waiting area. Poor guy was hustling his tail off. There were 2 new faces there in the service department, hovering, making things somewhat awkward and uncomfortable. Quite irritating. And all the service pricing just went up again, almost double. Really folks?! If you want to keep high end customers, paying for higher end cars (and let me tell you, those repair costs are NOT cheap!), you need to continue to treat your customers with the white-glove service that Justin used to provide. NOT make us cogs in your expensive car wheel...It's unfortunate that the new managers don't seem to value their customers anymore. Very disappointing.
