I’m military, so I move often and am familiar with storage units across the country. This one has to be one of the worst. Moved in with a rate of $109. Within 2 months they raised it to $153 and a few months later up to $173. Unacceptable and predatory. Any rent increase notifications will only be sent to email. When discussing, they only offered a few dollars off for the following month. Nothing about the 1 year of automatic timely payments. For $173 a month, I’ll sell the furniture inside and purchase new once I move again. And I’ll pass on calling to discuss, if you actually read the review, you will see that I already did call to discuss. I would leave a 0 star review if Google would let me.

I had a big rental truck that was full and needed a large storage to accommodate. Besides the size of the unit, I was also needing a good location, good security, good management and good ratings. I got everything that I wanted here at Northwest Self Storage. It was less than a mile from my home and literally 100 yards from the main highway entrances and exits. They had a storage big enough for my things and provided double door locks for my peace of mind. This was it all handled kindly, informatively, effectively and patiently by Stuart, the personnel on duty. Stuart made it easy for me to choose Northwest Self Storage by addressing all my concerns. He even highlighted things that as a tenant I would want to know. After all that was said and done and before my occupance, Stuart went out to my unit and swept it clean. No wonder this storage has close to a 5 Star Rating ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐ ⭐.

So I came in and saw Stuart today and they accommodated me with all of my questions and my rental. It was the best experience I’ve ever had. I think that anybody that is looking for storage should come to here and go ahead and store there anything here it’s safe location. It’s easy to access and the people are great.

Hands down the best on site manager I’ve ever seen! He constantly is monitoring the units, cleaning the grounds and walking the property to ensure customers safety and security of your stored items! Matt is an amazing asset for sure!
