Amazing experience with my 7 year old daughter, she has wanted to get her ears pierced for a long time, she was a champ through the whole thing, and the owner was great, took his time explaining things to her and really make her feel comfortable. Thanks again she is so happy

i got my eyebrow pierced on this past weekend and im absolutely in LOVE with it. i was pretty nervous going into it but the piercer, zac was super chill and made the process comfortable and easy which i greatly appreciated. i loved the atmosphere of the place which definitely helped alleviate some of my anxiety! zac was very knowledgeable and made sure i walked out happy with my piercing and had no issues. my piercing is healing nicely, only a little swelling the first day but nothing major that ibuprofen couldn't take care of. i will definitely come back for future piercings as this experience was very positive! thanks so much!?

Got my double nostril piercings done with Zac and it was a AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL experience!! He was very kind and knowledgeable, he made sure everything was symmetrical and he gave amazing customer service from the first call to the end of the visit. Oh and his pricing is affordable!!(: definitely coming back.** got it done Friday and it’s like i never got it done. Healing is spectacular so far!! Accidentally posted the review to the wrong location.

Excellent service. Very little pain, technique was great and I'll definitely be back for jewelry when I'm ready as there are lots of options. I felt comfortable the whole time and it was clean-clean. The shop was aesthetically one of the coolest places I've seen; decor was awesome and obviously well thought-through. I got a snug piercing today, I'll be back for other piercings 100%.

I went to get my belly pierced. Zac was really nice and fun. It was my first piercing and he made it a good experience. Place inside is really nice and clean as well.

WOW! I love it here, went in today at get my tragus pierced, the pricing is very reasonable & the atmosphere was amazing. He was so sweet & comforting while piercing me quick & smoothly! Couldn't have had a better experience!

Best piercing shop in Tacoma! Very professional and friendly. Zac pierced my 7 yr old daughters ears and did an amazing job. He explained every step to her along the way and made her feel very comfortable. I definitely recommend Obsidian above all others.
