Josiah helped me put an order of business cards in while it was extremely busy and they were functioning below minimum staffing. I’m grateful for his courteous attitude and help during a frustrated time. I also called to follow up with the order and Anonda was patient and kind on the phone also while it was extremely busy. She emailed me a copy of the business cards while phone reception kept coming in and out. She remained patient and calm. Both of these two deserve recognition.

I just want to express my appreciation for the exceptional customer service I observed at the S 23rd St, Tacoma store. Kevin was the cashier and this elderly woman asked for carry-out assistance. She had two smallish packages of printer paper. Kevin, called for assistance but the only other employee on the floor was on break. He immediately carried the articles out to the lady's car. Then the couple in line in front of me needed assistance with paper towels that were out of reach. Kevin hauled the ladder over to get the towels down for them. I thought it was an amazing show of professional courtesy and customer service. Thank you.

Ladies that work there have no idea how to upload and print 4x6 pictures. Send me to walgreens. I prefer this store because its closer but maybe its better.

Three times this week I’ve visited this Office Depot, and three times I’ve been helped by friendly staff who go above and beyond. Kevin assisted us twice in the print shop. DH & I are from out of town and had printing urgency/emergency for a training we were running. We were blessed by Kevin’s willingness to help us out. Thank you, Kevin and co-workers! It feels good to receive great customer service, and has made our work time here much easier!

I recently came to this location to print and ship some documents. Printing and handing over the package was the only part that went well. Three days after attempting ,overnight, shipping my documents had never left the store. When I went to see about it they had some really rude and racist things to say about the employee whose fault it may be. I don’t recommend shipping ANYTHING of importance from this location.

Tanya the print shop manager went above and beyond my customer service expectations. I wanted to personally post that I'm very thankful for the effort you put in to help me print the business cards I needed and walk me through how to fix the issues I had ran into. Your positive attitude and attentiveness to help really made me feel confident and comfortable seeking help with you and your team. On Monday, Feb.13th, I brought 24"x36" 48 sheets of commercial blueprints to be put on a thumb drive.Kevin McKee in printing looked over the sheets and explained to me he was concerned about the dogged-eared edges. I gave him my permission to tape the edges if possible or just do the sheets that would go through the printer.Kevin called us the next day and said they were ready for pickup. He knew we had to take a ferry to the mainland and said we could pick them up Thursday when we had to come back into town.He did a great job. I'm hoping to work with Kevin the next time I have a big job to do.

Horrible customer service the lady early in the morning and in the printing service that's supposed to be doing her job that clearly doesn't like it disrespectful I came in at 11 To get 20 pages printed outold me to come back in the afternoon to give some time came back at 7 before closing you weren't there and they weren't done it took the other guy less than 5 minutes to get it done I come in today January 24th to get 8 pages done and you can't even do that you're disrespectful and since you act like a child go work at McDonald's Actually never mind that probably is too much for you People are there to pay for a service do your job or go home!
