Went in on a Sunday morning. Needed oil and a filter for an oil change that morning. The clerk was so great! He double checked what size engine I had, let me pick the oil and he got the filter ( I'm too short 🙂 ) Then let me decide if I wanted the pricier oil and filter down to the cheapest! He was helpful but not overbearing and was super respectful of my choices and questions. I will go again!! Stop in and ask for anything! Great store!

Jeff saw me outside checking my fluid levels and checked to make sure I was okay. He was super friendly and helped me get everything that I needed to get my car running safely for my road trip. I really appreciated him taking his time to help me and receiving some southern hospitality!

Not mentioning anyone by name, but when your on-shelf display is wrong, and then you're actively rude when the customer points it out, you shouldn't be working retail. Also, not a great look to run down your other customers when you still have someone standing in the store.

I am really curious how the management managed to put several unfriendly staff in a single location. They need to go for a retraining to know how to be cordial and stop trying to prove how smart they are. In the world of competitive market, this type of practice may send the customer to the other stores.

Just wanted to get my power steering fluid checked, it says they do it online, I went here and the lady who I spoke to was rude, very dismissive and acted like I was an idiot. She said they don’t do that there and looked at me like I was dumb and said there’s a cap. That was all then she looked down and dismissed me.

I came in Friday 05/25 within 6 minutes of closing desperately needing new Windshield Wipers. I came in needed Windshield Wipers and didn’t know what to get or how to even install them. I was greeted by a gentlemen that didn’t seem to want to help me at all, just not worthy of his time. Also, he wouldn’t help me look or install because they close in 6 minutes.
Roosevelt then stepped in and asked what kind of car, year, and model I had. Roosevelt recommended a pair of windshield wipers that happened to be buy one get one free. Roosevelt grabbed those for me and also installed them for me. Roosevelt helped me with in 4 minutes. I greatly appreciated Roosevelts Customer Service and Satisfaction.
I would come back just for Roosevelt. The other associate that was there could learn a lot from Roosevelt.if it wasn’t for Roosevelt I would have had a horrible experience going to this location. If Roosevelt isn’t a manager at all he should be promoted to store manager.

My best friend and I stopped to get a windshield wiper because his windshield wiper had a phone off and he couldn't we couldn't figure out how to get the piece or the the part on there or we wait outside for probably 10 minutes 15 minutes and there was no other customers in the store and nobody came out to help us nobody was in a hurry to help us so we left and certainly wouldn't the store was clean but bad customer service

I bought some reman calipers to complete a job for a customer and they are defective and leak in between the casing halfs. Turns out all the reman ones on a 2018 Toyota 4 runner front brakes do this. I almost sent my customer out with leaky calipers. The customer service is good here just had this one issue that I haven't been able to address with them yet. I'm out my time and labor. Not sure why you would even sell reman calipers that have issues leaking. OEM new is the only way to go for this make and model vehicle. I'm glad my helper caught this while bleeding the brakes.
