My last visit to your O'Reilly on 72nd street was great. I was in some need of oil 🛢 and other items as I'm in the process of a 242,000 mile refresh on my old Toyoda SUV 4WD. Kameren knowledge of products and prices along with his excellent customer service to me and other's is always excellent. I will be back to your store and I'm telling all my friends to shop at the 72nd street store. Keep up the great work to all the workers there. Peace Farmer J

would not recamend the workers are seriously the rudest people ive ever delt with the older guy told me he wouldnt serve me because i asked a simple question he said to get out because he was having a bad day

I had an ac compressor lock up on my car. I went in to get a shorter belt to bypass the compressor. The belt was a bit to short and seeing that they closed at 830 pm and it being 8 pm I figured I had plenty of time. I made it to oreillys by 8:10 PM and open sign was off and door was locked. Now I'm stranded til tomorrow morning when they open again.

Nothing negative to say about O'Reilly's these guys are always top-notch and always willing to help me and no matter what, have always done it with a cheri attitude despite the craziness. I bring my own craziness because I ask a lot a lot a lot of questions. But they can take it, it's kind of like a therapy session for both parties.
Would highly recommend giving them a call on all parts and pieces that you wish to purchase no matter what as they are very competitive and are very willing to get your business and maintain your business at a professional level despite how much you purchase.

My car blew a radarator hose this morning at about 7:30. Got it to O'reilly's and not only did o'reilly get me. The pait's August was wonderful. He was patient, he was kind. He was considerate got me. The parts I needed when I realized I couldn't change it myself. Was let me wait on the lot until somebody came to do it for me.Highly recommend O'reilly's, and thank you, August, you rock.
