I was scheduled for my regular bimonthly service and a different technician showed up and was here about 5 minutes and left and never sprayed and turned around and charged my credit card. When called to complain I was hung up on by Janice whom I never disrespected her and she continued to defend her technicians. Wouldn’t let me get a word in. I reviewed passed reviews and other people had similar experiences. Do not use this company they are not trustworthy

we did all the preparation for getting our house sprayed and the guy that came out sounded like he knew nothing about the job all he did was put bait out and glue strips out like we payed for our house to be sprayed not just baited its kinda messed up but the corporate office gave us a full refund and our next service is free so we will see if we get someone better next rime

Quinton does a great job detering the insects from getting ridiculous at our house and from getting inside. While also knocking down cluttered spider webs. Orkin has always provided a great and reliable service!

My initial calls with the company when looking at pricing were very sales like/pushy which is to be expected but should have stuck with my gut and went with competitors as it’s been issues since. Was told someone would be out Monday (I called on a Friday) and offered a $ discount without prompt which is why I went with Orkin, but no show so I called and I wasn’t even on the schedule. They did squeeze me in to Wednesday morning, as requested. I’ve had rat services before with other companies but this was bad… they did not spider spray (was told this was part of initial service), rewore DIRTY shoe booties INTO my house so I had to sanitize. I called the tech on it and he didn’t seem to see the problem and “only keep a few in my truck”. Orkin should fully supply their techs with boot covers I would think. Typically, and I was told they would be, that all rodent entry holes would be filled at initial service (unless entry door size, let’s be reasonable). I had to have the tech call his boss to get approval to fill the holes today since that was my expectation (what am I paying for them?), in which it only took him less than 40 minutes to complete instead of the estimated 2 hours. It was placing wire mesh over vent covers. Was it actually done? Lastly, he left without so much as a goodbye… which I guess is why he had me sign payment papers first thing. 0 stars, do not recommend.Service: Rodent extermination

The technician was prompt and on time for the appointed appointment. He presented himself very profanely and answered my questions without hesitation and with clarity in his responses. The job of inspection and service was done on time.

I used Orkin several years ago when we had problems with rats in our garage, and they were great. Unfortunately the problem recurred. The technician who came, Quinton, was late but he called ahead so it wasn’t a problem. Once he arrived, he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He found how the rats were getting in and fix the entry problems. He set traps, fumigated for insects, and set up a follow up visit for a few weeks from now. Everything, including the billing, was thoroughly explained Excellent work.

This is my first time and initial start with Orkin. My tech was patient and listened, he got to his job and made sure to have time to answer any questions. So the start is great. Hoping if I have to reschedule things will still work smoothly. Thank you for helping!

Orkin has effective pest control. However, their billing is broken. I had my service stopped saying I had delinquent payment. I checked my accounts and there was nothing indicating billing was interrupted. I got a couple nasty calls from Orkin while traveling for work.Finally, I managed to call their billing people. I presented them with the same card I had on file for billing. It processed without trouble. They could not explain what went wrong. I know there were bi declined charges at my bank.They didn’t resume service. I called about it. They indicated I would have to pay for a new contract. UNACCEPTABLE.I liked their pest service. But their billing service is broken. Their customer service is broken.SHAME ON THEM FOR TREATING A GOOD CUSTOMER SO BADLY!!!

I've tried plenty pest control companies and orkin is by far the best priced and most reliable. I don't love the random schedule and not knowing when they will show up but over all they are very accommodating and helpful. Customer service is always kind and never pushy and Wes, my technician is so knowledgeable and easy going.Services: Rodent extermination

This is an update to my last review. Orkin responded to my review and asked that I give them another chance. Well, I called and was told someone should be calling me back before close of business to schedule service.This was on Monday. Today is Thursday and still haven't heard from anyone. The folks on the phone were nice. But Orkin, not calling potential customers back is not a good look for business.Initial post:Called them twice to schedule a service. First time I was told someone from scheduling will call be back to set up an appointment. I never received a call. I called a second time. Actually did set up an appointment, no one showed up.

Loyal customer of Orkin for over five years, investing over $6000 in their services. However, due to a miscommunication with property manager during the home sale, they charged for an additional month post-sale. When approached for a potential resolution, they promptly sent the account to collections without adequate resolution efforts. Future clients be ware: Orkin customer service and dispute resolution leave much to be desired. I would Highly recommend looking to a local service provider instead.

Absolutely NOT trustworthy! Orkin is a sham of a service. They can't even hold their comittment to a scheduled first-time inspection. Took the day off to meet with them. They never showed up, never called to inform me of a change in schedule. I called them the following day. They didn't know what happened to my appointment, nor why the technician never showed up. Orkin promised someone from the "head" office, that a manager would call, resolve the missed appointment, and reschedule. Orkin NEVER called. I'm DONE with fucked-up "brand" names that offer and deliver NOTHING but broken promises and commitments. I should have read the reviews on Orkin. All of these people can't be wrong. DO NOT WORK WITH ORKIN. Truly a disgusting company not worthy of your time or effort. I won't trust my home to pretentious little pricks that drive Orkin's name into the ground.
