I feel scammed. I was getting contacts. Trying to be an affordable as possible. The Dr said I should use daily contacts. To just try it. The money difference will be the same as the contact solution you won’t need. Well my yearly insurance gives $300. 3 months of these contacts is $300!!! A year is $700 after the insurance. I don’t use $500 worth of solution in a year. When I told the person ordering I had no idea it was so expensive. I don’t want that. She said she couldn’t change it without the Dr. I got the 3 months. And I’ll never go back.

Erica is the best! I came here today the day before school starts looking for some frames that will fit my daughters lens (she broke the frames but the lens were still pretty decent) Erica took the glasses and come back with a pretty nice pair with my daughters lens in them. I really appreciate you Erica, because I wasn’t expecting to get them fixed that quick! You are truly amazing! Thank you!

I have been a customer at the location off of 38th. St near R.E.I in Tacoma for many years and I have always received excellent service here. I was just in last week and I need to give Michelle and Kerry five stars as they are the best in the business. If you are looking for an eyeglass place I highly recommend this Pearl Vision location. You guys are awesome!

Nini! This employee here in Tacoma is AMAZING !!! I left the Olympia store and drove here due to a previous experience and Olympia’s rude staff and I am glad I did . The ladies in Olympia are horrible. This associate in Tacoma Nini was the nicest most helpful ever ! I was comfortable , I was able to look at options , she definitely isn’t judging anyone. Just a lovely experience all the way around ! Please keep her at this location , I’ll be back next year to upgrade . Thank you Nini ! Oh and I love both pairs of glasses

Had a great experience at Pearle Vision. Dr Bhangu got both me and my kid better prescriptions and Erica was awesome helping us get the frames we picked out billed to insurance and ordered. I’m glad I looked around at different providers this time. Between the care, selection of frames, and customer service we will definitely be back and recommending Pearle Vision.

The doctors here are so knowledgeable and provide great care, and the people in the frame area who order your new glasses are amazing at what they do. I went in with very little idea of what I needed, and after speaking with the Pearl Vision representatives I was able to find exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new all-in-one eye care facility :)
