Well, I won't do that again!! We have a regular groomer that we bring Penny to but couldn't get in on late notice. So we took her to Petco on 6th. I really am kind of at fault, as I didn't take time to inspect her before leaving. They are all extremely nice people there. At least the folks I have dealt with in the past. And I'm sure they try. But I think maybe Penny's groomer needs more training. The cut was awful! (I know, she's cute no matter! She can't help it!). Lopsided on the face, a divot on her neck. I asked for a "Teddy Bear" cut, which is a pretty basic cut. And this is what we got.

We're very annoyed because we were planning to get a grooming for our dog, and we booked this in advanced. Our appointment was booked with STERLING who called and let us know that someone called out and was unable to do a grooming today... She was the same person who called but couldn't groom because someone else called out that wasn't even supposed to be doing our grooming... I let her know that I had a day off specifically for this. I feel like they should've accommodated since the person who was supposed to groom was there. anyways, will not be going here. Xoxo

I can only speak to how amazing the aquatics dept and cashier staff were on my last trip I got off of work late and had to run there because I had quite few purchases to make the three staffs members on hand were absolutely amazing and very helpful with every need helping me get three corals chromis and definitely helped me pick out an amazing puffer as my centerpiece fish! They said they were more than happy to be there a bit late to help me and genuinely helped me despite it very grateful hopefully they view some of the photos to see the tank!

Been taking my dogs here for 3+ years for grooming. My dog are mastiff's so they are bigger never had a bad experience with the women who usually cares for my dogs. Bring my dogs in one barks, so they start asking asking if they are aggressive blah blah. I say no they been coming here for a while. Long story short dogs were put kennel for 45mins nothing was done was told they need to be picked up due to being aggressive and one breaking out kennel. Walk in to pick them up sit in lobby for about 3-4 mins, my dog see me so she starts whinning then I here a lady yelling at her to be quite. Lol probably won't be back ever which sucks cause we loved this place.

I always have an enjoyable visit here! The environment is pleasant with an engaged and knowledgeable staff. There’s never been a time where I left not knowing something new about a product or service. Just an all around fantastic store!

Dude, Petco sucks, never had any issues with Petsmart or Chewy. In fact, Chewy went above and beyond when I had to return my dog's food because it upset his tummy. They also sent me a hand-painted portrait of him even though I was sure they'd hate me after being "problematic" because of the return. Anyway, back to why Petco sucks.In 2020 they had a data breach. Now numerous people are reporting unknown credit cards and addresses on their Petco accounts, including mine. Refer to Reddit for proof of allegations. Someone made a purchase on a separate card and address but using my name and account. It felt very violating. After complaining to Petco, they denied that it was a them issue yet gave me $15 in rewards credit.I had decided not to use it because of the previous experience and their lack of accountability (despite other people experiencing the same thing) but finally decided to since moving expenses are high.When I tried to finally use it online to place a pickup order, it said there was an error and to call customer service. The following is a survey review I left for Petco:The only redeeming quality of that conversation was that the guy was nice. But he couldn't fix my problem and kept having me repeat the same process over and over expecting a different result. I have no idea why he thought it would get fixed on attempt 5. He did not suggest that the purchase I was attempting to make online could be done in store without issue so I didn't think it was an option. Then finally I asked and he said that would work. Exhausting.I got $15 in Vital Care credits as a result of a bad experience with Petco and it really seems like yall really just wanted to dig your heels into making shopping with yall as difficult and painful as possible.

Parking is always readily available. The staff is always very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The selection is wonderful and well kept. The animals always look very happy as well as the staff and customers. It's definitely one of my favorite stores to stop at, even if I'm not shopping. 10/10
