They were very professional and showed up on time. They also took very well precautions to make sure that our piano was wrapped and protected during the move and we thank them so much for the good quality of work they did thank you.

Wow - these guys are AMAZING! You can tell they are so experienced, professional and efficient at what they do! And Tammy, the manager is so nice and helpful! I would recommend them highly - even on a big job moving a grand piano with stairs to contend with - they were so careful and just did a great job!

We moved a piano 30 miles on the Eastside. They were able to rearrange schedules and work us in on short notice. That was great. The two movers were quick, professional (for movers), and careful. They did a good job. Only two issues. First, they disconnected the damper pedal and did not reconnect it. Second, the price was a little high. But all in all a good experience. We would use them again.

I was given the name of Piano and Organ moving Co Inc. by companies listing moving pianos. I contacted the owner Michael and obtained a bid which required moving a Kranich & Bach 109 year old baby grand piano 5'5' in size. It required moving it in an older apartment building down carpeted stars down 4 landings with a total of 24 stairs and then out and down 3 more to street level. They had to move it down 6 steps at a time , turn the piano and move it down another 6 steps with a railing on one side and plaster board wall on the other. They showed up in a timely fashion on the date schedule with a crew of 3 and Brian was supervising the move for the company. When the piano was moved into the building in the mid 70's many years ago the movers damaged the carpet and walls and did a terrible job so I did have some concerns. We donated the piano to Goodwill as piano businesses we contacted for consignment or sales said it was too old. The piano was in very good condition and try as i might I could not sell it, so we donated it. Brian and crew strapped the piano on a moving board after removing the legs and did a fantastic job of easing it down some very tight spots turning it at each of 4 landings in very little space and did not damage anything. They then delivered it to Goodwill off Dearborn street in Seattle putting the legs back on and delivering it to Goodwill where I met them. They were very professional and friendly and did a fantastic job. I can certainly recommend them. Doane B. Sammamish, WA.

The piano movers moved my piano quickly and quietly, once they got there two and a half hours later than we said. (I agreed with Michael on 1-3 and the guys showed up at 5:30 because their truck broke down.) Michael was skilled in organizing the time and traffic issues. However, I have to give them the lowest star rating because when they left, they threw a bag of Arby's take out trash in our yard because I couldn't afford a tip. I told Michael that I would have to make the date of the move December 20th or after because of budgeting reasons but then he was not personally present, but instead a man named Brian and two guys who didn't introduce themselves. The move was $750 for an upright Yamaha I've had since I was six. They quoted me "around $700." When Brian mentioned that a tip would have to be on a separate check (there is a fee for cards) I said "I will write you a good review. What is your name again?" I wrote down Brian's name on the receipt when he reminded me because I can afford to put in a good word. But then they threw a bag of trash in my yard which I've never seen in my 23 years alive. I felt extremely judged and offended. No one has ever been rude to me because I can't afford to tip on something that is a necessity like moving services or car services and no one's ever thrown trash in my yard and I've lived in four separate states. Unforgettable.

We just had my Great-grandmother's Steinway moved yesterday. What a fantastic experience. They were busy and so the projected pickup time was moved to 4:30 pm. They called 30 minutes prior and showed up ready to move our piano. Alton and Brian were just matter-of-fact as they removed the legs, wrapped the entire piano and loaded it on the truck. What I really appreciated was they were there to do the job. No complaints about narrow walkways or shrubs that needed to be trimmed so they could get by. Just got in there, and got it done. Zero damage, perfect move. Yes, the pickup time changed....big deal. I imagine moving a piano can be like moving an elephant. And some of the places that pianos find themselves in are harder to move out of than others. Estimate was right on the money. I will be happy to recommend these guys to anyone!! A seamless professional move done by guys who know what they're doing. Can't ask for more than that.

Took time off work and was told move would happen between 1pm and 4pm. Tried calling to see where they were and no answer. Waited 30 minutes past 4pm then decided to go with a different company

Very professional and quick service. Spoke with Michael and told him we needed our piano moved ASAP and he was able to work us in the same week! So thankful they could fit us in that quickly. The crew was great as well. Can't believe how effortless they made the move seem... stairs and all! I will definitely contact them again if we need to move in the future.
