Wonderful staff! I went in there this morning in need of a replacement and walked out with something even more stunning than what I had in mind. My Fiancé did not even question the price or hesitate because of the warm customer service both Jennifer T and Brittanyann D provided! Although this was a replacement for a lost ring, this entire experience was better than the original jeweler we had previously visited!

I recently visited Helzberg Diamonds while accompanying a friend for her scheduled diamond maintenance, and the staff was outstandingly friendly and professional, treating both of us with great care. The team went above and beyond by offering to thoroughly clean my own diamond ring, and provided personalized attention by letting me view my diamond under a microscope while clearly explaining its features, clarity, and color. We purchased a beautiful ring at Helzberg over 6 years ago and every 6 months we bring it in to the store for a quick inspection and cleaning. It's a free service for life and we are so impressed by the customer service every time we visit. This last visit we were able to view the diamonds under a special microscope to see the diamond features and light reflection. Amazing store!!

BrittanyAnn was such a big help...
Not just trying to make a sale but helping me order exactly what I was looking for.
Also she is exceptionally knowledgeable about Diamonds. Went over her 4C's very carefully and showed me the diamonds under a microscope and was very HONEST about the stones and what I was getting into. Wasn't trying to sell me on something I didn't want.
She was very helpful all around.

I always love Helzberg, but today was above and beyond- I stopped by for a cleaning and had such great customer service from Aliya-
she cleaned alllll my rings and Jennifer sent one out for a repair for me AND even got me a temporary sizer for another one. They have the best jewelry and sales associates. 10/10 thank you!!
