Make sure you verify they enter the right amount of gas you tell them I asked for $16 and the worker entered $60 and now have to wait 2-3 days for it to return to my card no apology given or understanding terrible on the managers part

Every single time one of the guys that work there or the officer that guards the door always is opening up doors. The atmosphere is fun and full of good vibes even late at night.

Buyer beware. I bought gas here a few hours ago and card got scammed. $151 charge on $35.01 worth of gas. I highly recommend only using cash here. I didn't see any anything off when I was there.

People are always super nice here. They have security all the time. First Pilot I’ve ever been to that closes at night. But I completely understand. It’s right outside of the Port and the trucks don’t run at night. And of course the homeless population in the area is astounding. They(homeless) won’t harass you. They will ask for money but if you don’t have it or don’t want to give it, they’ll just say ok as they’re used to being turned down.
Lots of street walkers at night but surprisingly enough they don’t harass the truckers at night.

As far as travelers go it is a stop and go only , do not spend long here waited at or around 15-30 in the parking lot inside my vehicle to observe the situation and surroundings and it’s a no from me. If you need to sleep go to the Loves or the sea-tac rest area, Loves has security and depending on who they are they are not intrusive for the most part.
The rest area is the same people usually watch out for each other in this way.
Not saying this facility isn’t good just saying there are better and safer options in the area.

Good customer service from the person with lip piercing. Coffee is good here, very strong. Syrups are not my fav, but they have them.

They have had a hold on my husband credit for over 10 days. And the messed up part is that because of that 500 dollar gas hold the 40 dollars he wanted to put in was declined. They took all the money and now we are still without that money. They say there is nothing to do but to wait until the hold time is passed. Going on day 10. This sucks

A nice gas station. We topped pff here, and I went to get drinks and snacks. I was a little surprised there was a security guard here, but I guess things have been rough post covid. It's a clean store. They had a bunch of sales going on, like 2 vitamin waters for $4
Service was fast, and the cashier was nice
