This place needs a shake up top to bottom. My last interview here was with the outgoing CFO. He said to me " around here to go along you gotta get along" " I dont want someone who cant fit in, do you understand?" To me that sounded like a threat and unfortunately it proved to be when they fired me without cause.This place has a terrible work culture that includes racism/discrimination and an established good ole boys network especially at the top.

We just returned from the monthly, 2 hour, tour of the port's waterfront. It was amazing to see the straddle carriers building a container train, and the huge new container cranes in operation. Well worth a visit, it would be a super school field trip
