I am not a tenant at this location. I am the customer of one of the shops that is located in Prime Storage on Steele St. I walked to use a bathroom today and there is a very strong paint smell in the hallway. I saw that there is a body shop right next to the bathroom. I did not see any paint booth or proper ventilation inside. I am pretty sure that its illegal to paint any car and release all fume back to the outside air. My friend used their men bathroom and he said its very dirty and there is human feces on the bathroom door. I talked to the owner of the business and he said that the rent is not cheap and they charge him common area cleaning fees every month. I feel bad for the owner so I decide to rate 1 star.

I have been a tenant at Prime for over 5 years and have had a great experience with the staff and the location. They do a great job in creating a desirable location for office space and are successful in creating an environment meant for small business to operate out of.

Prime Storage was probably the best rental group I've every had. Especially after the change of management, these guy care and are honorable. If given the opportunity again without pause I'd rent again. Thank you guys for all you've done for me and helping my business grow
