Y’all please don’t sleep on Jay. I was apprehensive with a male tech due to past experiences but he showed up & showed out and can definitely run circles around the ladies. My new spot as long as Jay is employed (shaping and color all done by Jay).

1st time at this nail shop, and I have to say it was a good experience.Got in the same day for a pedi and fill. Show the design I wanted, and Jenny(ie) did her thing.The establishment was clean, and the service was quick and good.I'll be back!!

I’ve been searching all around tacoma for a nail spot, which has been rough up until today. They are quick, efficient and their work is amazing. Took my sister to get her nails done for her first time and they made the experience so amazing for her. This is our new spot for sure!

My friend and I came in for pedicures and I wanted acrylic nails. once we sat down they immediately started working on my friend but I sat there for another 10 minutes waiting to be helped. when I finally did get help my friend was almost done with her pedicure. we both said we wanted basic pedicures but i was pushed to get the expensive one. Half way through my pedicure another lady asked me what acrylics I wanted so I showed her a picture of what colors I wanted; the length, the shape and the design. she told me it wasn’t gonna work for me even though I’ve had it done before somewhere else with no problem. when I showed her the picture I thought she would understand what colors she needed but she brought the book over of colors and had me pick them out individually which caused me to get overwhelmed and frustrated because every time I picked out what color I wanted she would go over it again with me (3 times) and she got the colors wrong so I said never mind I’ll just get black to keep from getting more frustrated. The manicure was pretty normal until she pulled out a bubble gum pink color and start painting my nails. when I went to take a look at my nails she told me to put my hand down because I was going to mess up my nails because they were still wet. I didn’t say I wanted pink I want to just natural nails with black heart french tips. I ended up being charged $140 when my friend was only charged $75. They did not make it welcoming and relaxing at all and they try to cut corners while also charging you as much as possible. Now I will have to go somewhere else to get them fixed for my birthday.

My first time went to Princess Nails and I am so impressed!!!! The shaping was perfect (done by Jay) and the design was gorgeous (done by Christine). I'm literally OBSESSED with my nails, can't stop looking at it ??? Definitely worth the long drive. I would recommend 10/10!

I have been going here for a few months now. Their work is always wonderful but, their prices seem to change always. It’s like they just decide what they want to charge you that day. I got a new set today and a little longer than usual. On the phone I was told it would be $50. After I got my nails done she said it would be $65. I asked why the extra $15 charge and she said because of the length. The length isn’t much longer than they have always done for me. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me there so for that reason, I won’t be going back. I’ll find a salon that has consistent prices and they advertise their prices. Because Princess Nails doesn’t and it really sucks when you think you’re paying one price and they change it after you have your nails already done.Service: Acrylic nails

Came here for the first time and fell in love. The establishment was very clean and the ambiance was perfect. I also enjoyed the soft music they had playing in the background. I received a classic pedicure with shellac polish which was only $45. My nail technician Kristine was very friendly, paid attention to details and had me in and out in no time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone based on the service I received.

I went in for a full set and Jay was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable getting my nails done after a few months. He used a reference photo and did so much better!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. He asked constantly through the process how I liked it and they turned out so good. I am extremely happy. Thank you!!
