We are very happy and satisfied with the professionalism and service that we get from propane northwest. Their drivers always call us from the entrance to the farm and we guide them and spot them so that they don’t accidentally run over the septic field. They are awesome and give us a bill right on the spot. We also have 30 days grace period to pay online, the prices are very competitive and usually below prevailing market prices. Office staff are very prompt about returning the phone calls. We hope that you will also choose propane northwest.

By far the shadiest company I have had the misfortune to deal with. Made me a price match promise at sign up which they reneged on. On termination of service I was not reimbursed for tank rental paid in advance but was charged a pick up fee of over $130. Can't wait to have them out of my life You can do SO much better than these hustlers.

I own my own tank, so I'm free to shop for the best rate. I was with Black Bear Outpost for many years. It's my understanding that Propane NW is part of that family. I received, what I considered to be, a good rate. Service is excellent!
