The staff here as absolutely amazing. Will go above and beyond to make sure you are situated and comfortable with your space. Sierra stayed way past her working hours to ensure I got the space I needed. Alexis was also super helpful for my first move in. I am beyond grateful and appreciative of all the staffs courtesy and generosity.

Sierra, the customer service rep at this location made my move out experience flawless. I don't blame her for the results of corporate greed, it is not her fault her corporate bosses want to charge me $472 for a unit they still advertise for less than $200 on their webpage. I added 2 stars back to the review from the original 1 star review because she got punished by her management for something she had no control over.

I used to like this company. Have been a long time renter at this location and once gave it a five star review, but enough is enough.
Rents at this location have become insane. $472 a month as of 07/01/2024 for a storage unit. I will be clearing out the unit before the end of June and will not be doing business with Public Storage any longer.
