We’ve been long-time customers at this storage facility and recently downsized to a smaller unit. We worked with Traci to find a new space and she was very nice and professional. As it turned out, we didn’t lock our new unit properly after storing our things in there and Traci called to inform us. Had she not checked on our unit, it would have remained unlocked for months until we had a reason to come back. Overall, this is a well-maintained storage facility with great employees!

My life has been so chaotic trying to move states and getting this storage unit was NECESSARY for our move. The check in/first day process was super easy and we had a great time chatting with Traci (shout out to a fellow Utahn!!!) and she made us feel so welcome to the area. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves, as she went above and beyond to make me and my husband excited to be in Washington!
The indoor units are VERY tall, the website said it would be about 8 feet tall but I feel like it's 10 feet. It's also very nice that you can open the gates to get in and out just by an app on your phone.

Sierra helped us turn around our U-Haul instead of watching us struggle. This is the first time a storage employee has thought outside the box to help us get a customer moved. We work to move people all the time, and she went above and beyond to assist us.
