Service was great. There was a problem with our assigned vehicle storage space being occupied. Max jumped in to action and helped us find another spot, check us in and redo our rental agreement to reflect the new space. He was incredibly helpful and we were on our way quickly.

This storage facility is run by criminals !! They raise your rent for no reason other than to make it hard for you to pay it do they can steal your unit! Then they tamper with your locks so you cannot access your unit even when it is paid and current. They have locked me out of my unit and tampered with my own padlock so I can’t even open it ! The manager avoids any co tact with me so I cannot come to any resolution with them. They are nothing but thieves! DO NOT STORE ANYTHING HERE IF YOU EVER WANT TO SEE IT AGAIN!!
Oh and there is even a manhole sized hole cut in the roof for them to gain access to my unit !!
