Buggy apps and lacking customer service. Solar loan rates are pretty good, but be careful. If there is a delay in your project and you miss the draw window for the loan, you may be SOL like me. Wish they had at least sent a reminder before it expired. -.-

Not marked here but this branch vacated as of August 2019. I presume the bank used to share space with the Puget Sound utility located at the given address but... no more. Might be a great credit union but not at this address it isn't.

Don't be fooled, there really IS a PSCCU branch here. The thing is, they don't have their own mailing address (they share with the Puget Sound Energy building). Because they don't have their own address, google will take you to the PSE building and NOT the PSCCU building.

Don't be fooled, there really IS a PSCCU branch here. The thing is, they don't have their own mailing address (they share with the Puget Sound Energy building). Because they don't have their own address, google will take you to the PSE building and NOT the PSCCU building. To find the PSCCU building, head south on 38th and turn onto S Cedar. Then look for the concrete PSE wall and gate (see picture). Go through the gate and the PSCCU office is at the back of the parking lot on the right. They have a few reserved PSCCU customer parking spots. It's a full branch there, and you can open accounts, deposit, withdraw, or just stop by to say hi to the friendly and helpful staff.

tricky to find, you have to go though a puget sound employee parking lot, to find the small little credit union office. Very friendly staff!
