I was not informed that a pedicure with French tip/gel/ overlay was going to be $95 until I was already getting my feet done. I asked for my total before I started and it was no where near $95. Maybe I mis understood what they were telling me but I’ve never payed so much for toes.

Specialties: Can show them pictures and they can try and match it
Cleanliness: Very clean
Stylist: The nail stylist will do her best to make your nails look beautiful

DO NOT buy a gift certificate from these people! I paid $100 for a gift certificate for my niece via PayPal. It was to be sent to me so that I could forward it to her. After 2 weeks I called to see where the gift certificate was. They said they had no idea what I was talking about and that I wasn't going to get a gift certificate from them. So now I've got to call my credit card company and tussle with them. After conversing with me IN ENGLISH, when I told her I wanted my $ back she all of a sudden didn't speak Englis.

I was in last Sunday, spent $70 on my nails, rather than doing acrylic dip powder with the liquid to build up my nails which I’ve been doing for well over 5 months, I was talked into just using the standard dip method. Ok fine i suppose. He did t cut my nails down and proceeded to just go on his merry way. I had a short thumb and 9 long nails. Ummmm no. Now today after changing from church I put on my shorts and my index finger nail color pops off. I will never be back. I am thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received for the price I paid.

How does everyone in this place know how to do nails except the owner.. always messed them up so bad it makes me cry but if I want to fix it cause she messed up it’s an extra charge? Alright you suck.

Quality nails it is not. When you go back to have them fix their mistakes, they still don't do it right; demanded my money back and they refused. Their service is beyond rotten. Attitude it rotten. You don't like it? Too bad. Unbelievable how rude and incompetent they are. DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT LOUSY SERVICE; AND LOUSY ATTITUDE.

WORST PLACE EVER. If I could give 0 stars I would. I never write reviews and I have to say, they were SO RUDE AND AWFUL that I have to say something. I went in to get my acrylic nails removed and get gel nails done. In between the lady literally pulling my nails out I told them I didn’t want gel nails anymore. I was glad I got out with all my fingers. They treated me terribly as a customer, barking orders and talking rudely. The technician HAD NO CLUE how to take fake nails off, she was pulling them off my nails, I had to tell her to dip it in acetone. All the while she was grunting and almost sawed my finger off with her electric tools. Don’t step in here

I usually go here because its close to my house an I like the lady cherry but she been on vacation I go there with an appointment friday anf the lady stabs my toe with 1 of her utensils now I have puss an a nasty big toe I went in there today for them to see an fix what they messed up because 2 of my nails broke aslo when i told her they were weak and need cut I was willing to pay for my manicure because I needed it done they told me to leave an never come back an gave me my money back but I have an infected toe smh
