Quest website is incorrect in that this location does urine test. In fact, they don’t, and wasted 45 minutes of my life. Nurse/technician was nice when informing me that I should go to a university place location instead.

The woman who helped me was impatient and seemed uninterested. Also, when I called, she answered but didn't help at all. I just tried to refer me elsewhere. Saying it was free. Hopefully, it was just a bad day!

Service is garbage.they Don't want to test people at the end of the day even though you had a scheduled appointment., with lame excuses saying you can't pee before the appointment. Never heard of that before. Was not in my instructions to get labs They didn't want to argue this walked out

Phlebotomist was very rude and they tried to tell me I had a huge bill when after talking to my insurance and billing for over an hour I did not. They turned me away to pay the huge non existent bill after waiting in the lab for an hour having them be late with appointments. I refuse to ever go back.

Only reason it has 4 stars is because for some reason their windows are closed leading to a person to talk to. I had to knock on the door a few times to get someone to open so I could ask them a question. That aside, Cindi was so friendly, amazing, efficient. I always have such a hard time getting blood drawn bc of the worker trying to find a vein but she was in quickly, chatted with me the whole time, asked if I was okay, and sent me on my way quickly. She even fit me in between a busy schedule. Thank you!

Poor customer service. No access to customer service representative for scheduling. No one available at the front desk to schedule appointments even at walk in.

This location is perfect. Everything is close by to run errands. Getting into the appointment was quick. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Staff was friendly as well.

This place is a joke. My wife had to get work done for her new job. First, they are very rude and it’s like only one person works there. They told her that they needed paperwork and couldn’t scan her phone with the bloodwork order confirmation on it even after she called to confirm they can accept the confirmation on her phone. Lastly, they accept appointments from 7AM but they aren’t ready until 7:15AM. It’s like their shift starts at 7AM so that first appointment is screwed. Don’t schedule the first appointment slot. I don’t post reviews a lot, but if this can save another family from experiencing the same, I had to share this horrible experience.

Scratching my head at how this place has such negative reviews.
I pulled up 30 minutes prior to my appointment, checked in, and was brought back early as I was 1 of 2 in the waiting room. The technician was very friendly/professional and had me in and out in minutes.
Will definitely continue to use this location for future bloodwork needs.

Drew blood TEN DAYS AGO - simple tests....still don't have results. Had Dr. Appointment with no lab results...complete waste of time. Never use Quest again!!
