The people there are great, but there is absolutely no way to call and speak to someone if you have a quick question. Very unsatisfied with the phone system. There should be a way to eventually get through and speak with someone.

Arrived 20 minutes prior to end of day (4:30) but they closed early. Window was closed and sign in tablet removed from stand. Knocked but they did not answer.

They are very racist at that place. I scheduled an appointment for 1:20 pm and checked in at 12:20 pm there is a big fat lady there who told me I cannot make the drug test with my daughter with me and she took a white lady with a kid without appointment. What is that supposed to mean? She was very unprofessional and disrespectful. We are a military family we just moved to Washington I don’t know anyone around here to leave my daughter with. People are insane. If I could give a zero star I would. It was the last day to submit the drug test for my new job.

Was worried from the bad reviews, booked an appointment online, showed up same day for appointment, got testing, my results were out within two business days and sent to my dr. Perfectly fine experience.

Quest needs to provide more access to human support. I had a question regarding a lab test, so I tried to call to get it answered, but the automated phone system never connects to a live representative. I sent an email five days before my scheduled test that was never responded to. When I went to the lab on the day of the appointment, there was no receptionist, just an automated check-in system. After driving 30 minutes to the appointment, and waiting another 20 minutes to be called back, it was only when I was able to talk with the lab technician that I got the answer to my question, which was unfortunately that I couldn't get the lab work done that day. This will necessitate another trip out for me. The lack of actual, human, customer service is abysmal.

I don't understand ? the bad reviews. It was simple checking in. We waited maybe a minute. We had an appointment but showed up 20 minutes early because I didn't have a clue where I was going.This was my son's a first time getting his blood drawn. He was very calm and willing. The woman working told him 5 tubes.She started and I could see my kid turning white. She kept asking if he was ok. I knew he was probably going to pass out. But wanted her to be able to get all the blood she needed. When my kid did in fact pass out. She was quick to act and to make sure he was safe.The one reason why it's 4 starts instead of 5 is because there was no hand wipes in the lobby and the screen I signed in on. Was disgusting. But that is multi care not the worker fault.E

Went in for a urine test for a new job and my results were lost due to whatever there excuse is. no one there to answer the phone either highly suggest going anywhere else.

I've been here several times and can't think of another location I'd rather go to. I can be a little difficult when drawing blood, but luckily they always have super experienced staff, and I'm in and out within minutes. Every time. The two gals I see are always so welcoming and make the appointment fun! Seriously! They always have such a great attitude and make me laugh and smile. Note that this location is on the 5th floor.

If i could leave 0 Stars I would. The building is not easy to find. I went where i thought it was but there was no address on the building and I didn't know it was building B. I went inside 2 other buildings (drove around hospital) only to find out they were wrong and it WAS the first building. By the time I got there my appointment was late and I had to reschedule. I need to speak with somebody to have my labs transferred to a lab where I work, so it would be more convenient, but you cannot speak to a human being, unless you sit and wait for a tech to come out and then they tell you they can't help you, but the telephone line is all automated. Horrible experience. I always use laboratories Northwest, but my physician sent the lab orders to the wrong place.

Horribly incompetent. My mother had an appointment, checked in on their self service computer right on time. She sat there (on her walker) for 20 minutes before she was able to speak to someone who told her that she didn't have an appointment but could be worked in. After parking the truck I went in and waited until they opened the door to the inner sanctum and again I was told she didn't have an appointment to which I promptly pulled out my phone and showed the confirmation on her appointment from Quest!! There were several other people, same story. They were also taking people out of order but seemed as though only the elderly were made to wait. The icing on the cake was when she finally got in for blood draw it took 30 minutes because the tech was taking care of personal matters on her cell phone and boo hooing to my Mom about her personal life. NO ONE in our family will EVER go there ever again!!!!! Also notice that the only reviews that they answer are the few positive reviews. Never the negative ones.

I made an appointment online, checked in with the automated kiosk, and got helped 10 minutes before my scheduled time. I was out the door in under 10 minutes with very friendly and professional service.

Just had the worst experience at a lab, and I didn’t even get to the draw. First, the building isn’t marked at all, and it’s very confusing to get to the first time. I went into three different buildings trying to find it, causing me to be 7 mins late.Finally, I got to the lab and checked in, only for the unmanned kiosk to tell me they couldn’t find my appointment (I assume it was canceled after 5-7 mins) and it gave me the option to schedule for 1 hour later or standby. As there was no one in the lobby, I picked standby and hoped to get squeezed in. More people showed up for their appointments and one worker came out and told me that standbys usually end up waiting all day and that she hates the new kiosk.On my way to my car, frustrated that I had paid the bridge toll to come out to get labs drawn (no quest on the peninsula), I turned off do not disturb on my phone and realized I had a voicemail- from quest. They left me a voicemail about 10 mins prior to me leaving saying they hadn’t seen me and wondered if I needed help finding the building- WHILE I WAS SITTING IN THEIR LOBBY AFTER TALKING TO A WORKER.I should have trusted my gut and picked a different location after all the terrible reviews here.
