I had several recalls for my lil ford focus that I had been putting off for a while. I was able to easily drive up, park, and check in with Jimmy Maguglin. He took care of almost everything. I was able to chill out in their lounge for 20 minutes while they did a diagnostic and they told me my battery was about tapped. Jimmy and the crew saved me from a future headache. I recently had my oil changed at Quick Lane. The service was completed in a timely manner, but had some issues as well. The service department called to tell me about an added service they would like to do. I tried calling back multiple times but couldn’t get through to Quick Lane, just the service department. Then when I went to pick my vehicle up, no one was there for me to check out and when I got in my vehicle there were greasy hand prints on my drivers side upper interior. I called to have them make it right, still couldn’t get through to Quick Lane, so I left a message. No one called me back after several days. A few days after my appointment, I received survey in my email. I completed the survey and left my comments about how my service experience was poor, but haven’t received a response. I don’t typically leave reviews, but this same greasy hand print issue happened at this location a few years back and I could not believe it happened again.

Do not take your car here. My CMax was here for 9 months. It left no better than it came in but I am $2,000 out of pocket. I took it to LKAuto in Bremerton and the vacuum was the issue not ABS and the brake booster part Ford put in is defective! The cost in rental cars, time, ferries and a year without my car is unacceptable!!! I still have to get that part re replaced but scared to take back here!

I’ve been a customer since 2015. The service department and quick lane has always been upfront and when things outside of their control/errors have occurred they deal with it HONESTLY and quickly.Brooke from service is awesome, she has directly worked with me on many special vehicle projects with great professionalism and transparency. Fully recommend.

This was my first experience at quick lane. It was an amazing experience. I can explain how thankful for such a great experience from Jimmy maguglin. It took a little longer then planned. But jimmy kept checking in with me.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Toyota provides me better care than this place. I noticed that they never addressed the broken hood latch from when they previously fixed our car and on top of that I was informed from another place that they overfilled my oil by 2.5 quarts!!! I'm so freaking furious. I called service and I EXPECT A CALL BACK TO DISCUSS THIS. Unacceptable. Don't by a car from this place ever or take your car here.

I had and heating issue with my Ford flex and made an appointment come in on a Tuesday afternoon. I figured I would drop it off and hear about what's up the next day. The next day comes no call Thursday Thursday morning The tech tells me they found the issue and will be call the warranty company to see if it's covered and will be informing me by midday on what's up. Brian calls me to tell me unfortunately the tech that handles these kind of issues is not gonna make it in til maybe the next day if that's OK I told that's not possible my wife is gonna need her car she had something to do that and make a return appointment the following week. My wife a I drop off the keys in the overnight box so they can get working on the car the next day my appointment was and I get a call around 2:00pm from Brian asking me am I still dropping off my car for service, I told him I did drop of the car and put my keys in the overnight box and where is my car then he placed me on hold and looked in the lock box and told me my keys were hidden on the back of the lock box and nobody noticed the envelope so my car won't be looked at until the next day He also informed I was In need of my 100k service and a tune up so I told to do the tune up and I will hold off on the other stuff for another time. I get a call the next morning informing me the tech again isn't available till later in the day and my car won't be ready until late evening I told him ok see you this afternoon. I get a call that my car was ready for pickup. my wife and I went into the service office and waited 15min before we were even acknowledged and the were told by Brian he was behind in some paperwork to hold on so we watched him do his paperwork for another 15 min after that he took our payment and told us the keys were in the car and have a nice day I told my wife take car and I will meet her at home. I get a call from her 20 min later stating the keys weren't in the car and she had to go back in the service office to only Wait 15 min to be acknowledged and told the keys were in the office. she wasn't given any apology or anything. I found myself extremely upset with the way we treated by them considering the large amount of money we spent there. btw we didn't even get the carpets vacuumed or anything. extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service here
