I gave them a star for answering when my wife called and because the first appointment was within a week.Our experience.Scheduled an appointment for 10am for car drop off. I received a call at 4 telling me their tech went home sick and they will get to it the next day.My wife called the next day aftwr 2pm to get an update. She was told they only had one tech and he is working 10 to 12 hour days. She was also told that there were two cars ahead of ours and the dealership couldn't promised that they could get to the car today. The tech "might" come in over the weekend, but that was up to the tech and no promises could be made. My wife said she would be picking up the car before close if they didn't get to it.No call came so we picked up the car. The inside of the door was dirty and it took awhile to clean it off.The customer service was very poor and I would not suggest this place to anyone.

My experience with their service department wasn't catastrophic but it wasn't great. Maybe I was expecting too much but when there are extenuating circumstances that prevented me from getting my vehicle the same day, I would hope for some empathy. (This was not the dealership's fault at all) There was little concern or compassion for what an inconvenience and near impossibility it would be for a one car family to be without a vehicle for 3 days with only a few hours notice. They begrudgingly provided a loaner and fixed a pricey part for free (hence the two stars) but our path to get to a satisfactory solution was a rough one. I wrote to their director of customer care and service manager about my frustration and disappointment with my experience but heard nothing back. Oh, well. There's lots of other Ford dealerships out there.

Tim did a great job navigating the items that needed fixing, repairing, and/or replacing that dealer had agreed to in the sales contract. Since I was in out of town buyer and had been to the dealer twice, more time was needed to get vehicle ready, so they offered to have the vehicle delivered to me. Nice Service.

The used car manager and sales were awesome. As well as the the service department. The only issue I have is with the finance department, I recommend getting a loan from your own bank.

I took my truck here to get my spark plugs replaced. When my truck was returned to me I was informed that the codes were cleared and it passed the test drive. However I was unable to drive it home without it dying on me several times and the engine light came back on almost immediately. My truck used to be an extremely reliable vehicle now I have trouble driving to the store with out it dying on me ever since I took it to this dealership>

Dropped my truck off for a diagnostic and didn’t hear back for 3 days. When I called after 2 days, I was told that the technician who was supposed to work on my vehicle was out sick and they would get back to me with answers. Never got back to me mind you this is a diagnostic request. After a week of my vehicle sitting in the lot I finally had it towed back to my residence. Asked to speak to a manger and was given the run around. Staff is unprofessional and I have to wonder would I have gotten the same treatment if I was Caucasian.UPDATED *Yes after a week of no answers and horrible customer service, yes I did decline.

Jimmy and everyone at Titus Will were incredibly helpful in repairing the damage that another shop (Auto Lube and Espresso) had done to my Escape. I had to have it towed and left overnight with no appointment. They called me first thing in the morning and had me up and running same day. Fast and friendly service and my car is running great!

Wish I could post a zero star. Do not buy a car here! Sales experience is so frustrating! I will never buy a car from here ever again their sales staff had no effort to help me. I knew more with basic research than they did. They left me high and dry during the process and could care less if I bought from them or not. The finance manager was great but seriously go somewhere else, also if you call afterwards they don't care and won't call you back. Most frustrating experience of my life.

What can I say, they are predatory in sales and worthless for service. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.Bought a truck here that they wanted 4k over MSRP for when another dealership had a near identical one at exactly sticker price.They force you to pay for an aftermarket GPS tracking system they've already installed that is worthless in today's age of connected vehicles.The warranty they push is objectively worse then ones you'll find elsewhere.Have tried many times to contact about servicing and installs through email and phone calls and am only told I will receive a call back and never have, so I went elsewhere and was able to get my truck in the same weekend. Cannot think of a worse place to purchase or get servicing, they will do their best to take advantage of you, these are the types of dealerships that Ford themselves is tired of making them look bad.

My husband put a deposit on the car as we're going through the loan process. Magically the car was sold to someone else as were doing the process for it!!! They kept trying to make the deal bad so we wouldn't buy it cause they knew someone else bought it out from under us. Now were waiting on our deposit back . Ran our credit for nothing through multiple companies even though they new someone else got it.

I have purchased two cars from Paul Munson in the past few years. My first car purchase was a used car and the experience was so good that I would only work with him to purchase my latest new car. He is honest, easy-going, and will give you the best price he can without the pushy sales pitch. I will continue to purchase cars from Pa (both used and new) in the future, that is if I ever stop loving my current car!

Great people, and excellent service. They treat you like family. If you need a new ride, stop by and ask for Joey. He helped me get into my new truck, and when I came to pick up my license plates, ran out to say hi and thanked me again for being a customer. One of the few dealerships I have enjoyed buying from. They made my whole experience easy and without stress. Gave me a great deal on my old truck too.

We purchase our new F-150 at Titus-Will in Tacoma and have been very please with everything, from the sales people, to the technicians who do oil change for us every time and everyone else in between. They really take care of you the minute you walk into the facility. No regrets whatsoever!

Tim was the best! I was really nervous about having to deal with any car salesman, particularly being a new buyer with little knowledge and limited budget for what I had my eyes on. Tim and his team not only walked me through the process but went above and beyond to ensure I drove home in the car I wanted. I am beyond delighted with both their service and car. I felt valued as a customer and not a walking dollar sign. It was clear my satisfaction was their #1 priority. I would recommend Tim to anyone and will definitely be a loyal customer from here on out.Thanks Tim for making it simple, special, and nothing like the nightmares we typically hear dealing with dealerships.I appreciate you beyond words.

I took my car in for an oil change and a recall fix. It took the whole day Monday and until 12 noon the next day. I picked my car up Tuesday. Drove it home and then found out they did not screw in the panel that was removed for the oil change. I'm still driving with the panel under my car hanging on two screws. This is not good service. The customer service rep. Did not keep me updated very well. I had to call after 6 hours to find out they had to keep it overnight. And no reason as to why. So I just figured the recall fix needed parts. ? anyways I am not happy my panel is hanging way down touching the road possibly as I drive until I get screws in the mail for the home fix.
