When I came up to this kiosk last night, I was 18 hours into a phone nightmare and clinging to my last shreds of hope and sanity. This man was utterly unfazed, totally unflappable. Just took the phone and got right to work on it while I hovered nearby, gallantly fighting off hyperventilation. 20 minutes later I have never been so happy to see my own lock screen. I'm in Olympia, and if I ever need help with my phone again I'm hauling my ass straight up to Tacoma; this man has my loyalty for life. He's professional, competent, and affordable. Total Godsend.

My phone was fixed in under 5 minutes. He was super friendly and he has good customer service. It was WAY cheaper than the Apple Store. 100% worth it. 5 stars

Just had a Samsung tablet charging port fixed, while it wasn't necessarily cheap, it was fast. And it works great now. If I had any complaints it would be that the Tacoma mall doesn't have any readily available seating close by... Thanks!
