Very affordable and fast. We recently connected and I couldn't be happier! The speed is what we pay for and their current deals are outstanding. The installation technician was polite, professional, and very helpful.

It's not Xfinity, the customer service rep(s) that Ive talked to have been extremely helpful - even did same day Internet setup instead of making me wait!Hopefully the service is reliable and consistent.Small note: they are limiting upload on fiber to 20 mbps, don't love that!

Outstanding! We moved and Lightcurve was fabulous. I have had Lightcurve (formally Rainier Connect) for 10 years and I just love the customer service. Bailey came to my new house today to install internet and he was great. He was kind, courteous and communicative. He also, let us know that our modem was too small and we should probably get a different one if we wanted get the most out of our service. I am so grateful to have Lightcurve.

I want to praise the service I received from Light Curve/Rainier Connect. My internet/stream TV went out Friday evening before the Super Bowl. I called and was immediately connect to tech support. Victor diagnosed, via a series of questions, that the outage was on their end not mine. He forwarded a service request up to the next level. I was sure I wouldn’t hear from anyone until Monday. He assured me they were there 24/7. 20 minutes or so later I received a call from Dave, who told me a tech would be calling me with an arrival time. 10 minutes later Corbin called and said he was on his way. He arrived 20 minutes later. He was professional and thorough. He diagnosed the problem as a failed wire connection at the box and fixed it. I was amazed that from call to repair everything was up and running in just a few hours. I appreciate the staff and their efforts to resolve any problems.

Having Rainier Connect for 20 years in phone and as cable, then added WIFI and then cable changed to streaming. All have been improvements in service and I must say, customer service or tech help has always been just a phone call away. I'm fortunate to live in their service area and in seeing other providers outages and issues, I'm very grateful for how this company has served our community.

I first of all want to give a shout-out to Carl, our installer. I hope he gets a bonus or something because he went absolutely above and beyond installing our internet today!!! We were his first service call, on a Monday morning, and the install ended up being more than what we had bargained for. The setup from the previous owners of our house was pretty janky, and he basically had to start from scratch. I was SO IMPRESSED with the time and care he took to make sure everything was installed the right way and looks good, both inside and outside our house! My husband is an electrician, and he was even impressed with how good everything looks. I noticed an instant difference in our internet speed, and I'm thrilled. We're also so glad to be supporting a local company!

Lightcurve offers fast reliable Internet for my house full of heavy data users. The installation techs were awesome, worked quickly and were able to accommodate my preferred point of install. When I needed assistance, getting in contact with a human customer service agent was instant, and a hardware servicing team was scheduled for the next morning. Leagues above the customer service robot loop I'd run into with Xfinity. Would recommend them to anyone in their service area.

I was having trouble with my FireStick remote and could not connect to the Rainer/Lightcurve app. After talking to both Rainer connect & Amazon, I still couldn't connect. Then Chuck Smith from Rainer returned 1 of my many calls & got the job done! I can't say enough good things about this guy! He was professional, polite & patient. He understood that I was a older woman & didn't have a clue how any of this stuff worked so he calmly & clearly explained to me what to on my end of things & voilà, my remote worked again!!Thank you so much Mr. Smith!
