“My wife Megan first met Jo Fleming by chance at a coffee gathering in Gig Harbor in 2018. We were considering moving to Gig Harbor from California at that time. In late 2019, we made the decision to start looking for a home in Gig Harbor. My wife was so impressed with the initial meeting with Jo that she flew up to Gig Harbor to ask Jo to be our agent and to have Jo show here a number of different neighborhoods.At the same time Jo started sending us listings that met our criteria. In February 2020 we told Jo that we were ready to look and bid on our next home in Gig Harbor.That all changed in March of 2020 with the pandemic. After talking with Jo, we decided to keep moving forward knowing that we would not be able to fly up to look at any potential home as the rules had all changed for in person tours of homes.
