The Redwing experience is just different.I bought my first pair last year but today I walked in with a used pair of boots I had bought second hand. They gave me all the tips on proper way to clean and condition them, even offered to do it for me as they were redwing boots. I bought some supplies. They gave me 2 new pairs of laces as well as some good knowledge!

My husband and I drove to this store a few weeks ago all the way from Port Angeles to get a specific type of work boot for his new job. We were told that we should go to the store instead of ordering them online. Boy are we glad we did! We were the only ones there when we got there and were welcomed to the store and made to feel right at home. My husband was taken care of by Jim and he was very well taken care of. He has never had that kind of service before. Jim asked a bunch of questions so he could understand what was needed. He used all of the amazing technology to make sure he got the right fit. He explained the different features of the boots that were needed for his job and answered all of our questions kindly and enthusiastically. Jim was very helpful and we enjoyed working with him. My husband got exactly what he needed and we left with him very satisfied with his boots and the service he received. Also the technology that they have is pretty awesome! If you need great boots and want excellent care and service then you need to go see Jim. Thanks Jim for all of your help! We will be back again and we hope to see you there!

These guys are the absolute best ever. I bought 2 pairs a couple years ago. They fixed one pair I'm very greatful for that. I haven't brought the second pair in yet.

Jim Laffin at the Tacoma location is an amazing dealer/customer service employee. This is my 3rd pair of Red Wing boots but my first time working with Jim and he introduced me to the new technology they have showing how my feet work. He was able to get me a comfortable size and also showed me some insoles that completely changed the way I feel about getting regular boots. He was very informative and completely respectful and had a great attitude the entire time. I will definitely be getting my boots again from Red Wing. Thank you Jim for a wonderful experience.

What a great store experience! First time in at Red Wing and I'm greeted by a man named James after a brief description of what I'm looking for he gets a boot size 3D measurement of my feet and high pressure points when walking. With this info he guides me to a list that fits my needs and budget and I gotta say they are the closest thing to a custom fit that I've ever had. Thank you James for the assistance and enjoyable experience!!

What a great experience! I had been gifted a pair of boots that were the wrong size and wrong width. I brought them in for an exchange and Jim measured my feet, walked me through the whole process, and worked with me to find the perfect fit. I walked back out with an incredible pair of boots. One of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had and can’t give Jim enough credit for how kind and knowledgeable he was. Thanks!

I didn’t catch the guys name but the older man with short white hair right off the bat when I walked in was very helpful and made finding exactly what I need a great experience. Also, their sizing technology is pretty cool. It’s like getting a shoe tailored to what your foot needs.
