One of the best towing services around! The tow truck driver arrived in under 15 minutes and made sure to follow up with me. He provided excellent customer service, fair pricing and picked my car up in minutes.

Highly recommend. The guy was very helpful and patient with me when I was trying to get the payment ready and even helped look at my broken down car just to help see what’s wrong with it and the price was really good for the distance I had to go.

I call for a tow since my brand new car broke down I was so upset, but richport made this process very easy on me because I was very frustrated and was in disbelieve my car broke down, the guy that was help me was very professional and sweet if I need a tow I will definitely contact them again

Called the company at 12:30 for a tow and got told they would call me when they are 20 min. away from the car. I texted them all the info that they needed before 1pm. I attempted to call them back and got no answer so I left a voicemail and got a text back "sorry missed you. call you back asap. meantime faster if you text your year make and model. also services you need. if a tow from location to location address." I already provided all the information you guys needed in a prior text so they haven't read my texts from before. Bad customer service after this I contacted another company that starts with B towing and they got someone out immediately for me.

What an amazing experience! I was so worried about having anyone tow my new 45 foot fifth wheel, but when the team from Richport arrived they immediately put me at ease. They were professional and experienced. They put my trailer into its small new space so easily and quickly! I appreciated they were so nice and personable too. I would hire them again in a second. Thank you for being amazing!
