Been going to this Rite Aid since they opened in the late 90s. It's been an ok neighborhood pharmacy, but recently the corporation has cut staffing in this location to horrible levels just to make an extra buck. So now there's usually only 3-5 employees in the store, all of them horribly overworked. The location is also not really safe anymore and crime is happening more and more brazenly even during daytime.None of this is the staff's fault directly. They have been super nice. It's the decisions of the Rite Aid corporation that are making this place suffer. Steer clear until they fix their stuff.

This pharmacy has the worst customer service ever. The older woman with pink hair is THE WORST! She is always in a bad mood, rude, and this last time I was in there she flat out walked away from me without telling me my vaccine records were ready and to go wait to the side for my flu shot. My appt was at 540 for my flu shot. I waited over 15 min after checking in when there was no line. What's the point of making an appointment if they clearly give zero effs.

Fix the sign on your door and website. It says this place closes at 10 but apparently this place closes at 9. Thanks for wasting my time driving over here.

These guys do a good job. This neighborhood is not the best and there are homeless people shoplifting there all the time. I have seen them handle it professionally. They always acknowledge customers coming in with a greeting and are overall very helpful.

I've been on one medication for 20 years, for epilepsy. every time I switch to 1 of these woke soul less corporations. I get the same problem. Usually just the first time, this pharmacy took it even further not only Did they try to give you the generic the first time, the 3rd time they tried again, then to cover thier tracks they blatantly? Lied about it, they tried to throw my Dr under the bus then me. They Said that they gave me generic manytimes, lies lies Rite aid is fired. timesg20 Have I took an engineeric for my epilepsy lie apply fly fly?

Rude pharmacy staff. Phone to check on a prescription it rings through to the pharmacy and one of two things happen, either they never speak just put you on hold or they quickly say can you please hold and do not wait for a response, put you on hold and never come back to the phone.I've also been the only person waiting at the pharmacy counter and had them look up, see me and then just ignore me me for 7 to 10 minutes, not even acknowledge I'm there. I know they are busy and at times short staffed possibility but that is no reason to treat customers this way.

Terrible service abd terrible wait times... I cringe when my prescriptions get sent here because I know they are going to be rude and also take forever. Even if there's several people working, no one in line, and no one in the drive through, you will wait 30 min plus for your prescription of 14 pills.

Because it's after hours, I can't email, chat or call anyone. I am very livid about the experience I just had at 7041 pacific Ave, Tacoma wa 98404. There are 2 drive thru lanes. Labeled lane 1 and lane 2. I get into lane 2 because lane 1 is blocking entry to parking lot or lane 1. When it's my turn in lane 2, I am asked if I am dropping off or picking up. I say picking up. They rudely tell me I have to go around to the other lane because lane 1 is for drop off only. Again lanes are NOT labeled as drop off and pick up. Meanwhile, I have to go around the building to get into lane 1 that is blocking parking spots and entry/exit of parking lot onto 72nd st which is a main road. If this is the "most efficient " way for them... yall NEED to label the lanes as such and close off half of the parking lot. And conveniently, I can't reach anyone via phone, chat or email. It actually clears my email before it will let me send it. Real shady.

The 72nd Rite Aid is a great place to go for pharmacy services and those little odds and ends that you may need for the house. I love the seasonal discount aisle When they mean discounted they are truly discounted. It know it gets a bad rap because of the location, But the folks inside Are truly Wonderful and will do anything to make your day a little better.

Spent over an hour trying to sched Covid tests online. Kept getting kicked out at the last screen. Tried calling three times. No pickup. Finally went in person to see if anyone could help because someone in the fam has symptoms and I’m concerned. The woman laughed at me…which…was odd. I asked again, and she said, “you want a Covid test?” I said yes. She laughed a second time and said, “yeaaahhh there’s nothing we can do, sorry.” And then smiled and shrugged. Awesome. I literally checked my reflection in the mirror in the car to see if I had something on my face or in my hair, because I have absolutely no idea why she kept laughing like Covid exposure was hilarious.

Outside the store are filthy.Garbage everywhere. I've never seen outside a store like that. It's like a garbage dump. There neighborhood stores or businesses are nice and clean outside their storeit's my first time in that Rite Aid.

So I was in the store two days ago I said hello to a woman named Judy. When I say rude that statement is way over rated. She was very rude. When I was checking out once again I was speaking with her and not even a have a good night. Her expression was of disgust and seemed she did not want to help customers or be there. How can rite aide hire such rude and non friendly people. For real.
