Every Safeway that I try to go their bathrooms are always closed! If you are so concerned about thievery have at least a digital system on the locks because you are losing 3 to $400 in grocery sales. To me it's disgusting and unhygienic that you only allow bathrooms where there is a seating area for dining. It just grosses me out there's no place to even wash your hands and then if you don't have sanitizing stations in the area and this store has a security guard come on Safeway, do better

The pharmacists were helpful and went above and beyond to lower the cost of my prescription. I expected way less but fortunately, they were kind and friendly. Pleasantly surprised. 5 stars!

My mom is terminally ill and disabled and they held her medication from her because they have some sort of thing against her. She has made it very apparent, even having doctors call and let them know this medication is important and they still think they have the right to do this. Also, it wasn't a controlled substance and the insurance was ready to pay !!!

If you have a choice, DO NOT FILL HERE. My son had oral surgery and they straight up lied to my face saying that they got my sons prescriptions when I came in at 4pm and said that it was still being “sent” that they “see” them but they “don’t know what drugs are prescribed”. And they are “still processing”. I’ve worked this field before and never have a prescription be sent partially with only patient name. You either get the prescriptions or you don’t. Also don’t bother calling they don’t answer. It’s already been 3 hours. If my son goes without his meds and suffers due to their inability to dispense in a timely manner then this is definitely being escalated to corporate and the pharmacy board.

There is no reason why it takes them more than 2 hours to fill a antibiotic prescription. I go in at liek 5:30pm and the tech said they just received my prescription from my doc and she says it won't be ready until tomorrow. Really. On top of that, before I went in, I tried calling several times and no one picks up. So here I am sick can barely eat or drink and I have to wait 24 hours to get my meds. I've never in my life had to wait more than an hour to get my script. So now I have to endure this sickness another night untreated. I'm never coming here again for my meds. Safeways food is overpriced and the pharmacy is mismanaged. Absolutely pathetic. And no the pharmacy was not busy. No line at all. No excuse.

Worse pharmacy experience I've ever had. We had our prescriptions transferred from out of state but then they couldn't get our insurance billed correctly. So we decided to transfer to a different pharmacy. Both the other pharmacy and us tried to contact them to get the transfer done. We had to go to the pharmacy and request they send our prescriptions over. They even tried to turn us away when trying to do this because they claimed they were too busy. If you can avoid this pharmacy.

Denied a pregnant women the restroom which I’m pretty sure is illegal in WA state. Usually come to this location since it’s nearest to my house but will be driving out further now. Also pharmacy here is the worst. Would recommend literally any other pharmacy. Extremely slow here. I had one prescription that they decided to give me a little at a time when it was supposed to be all at once. So I had to come back at four diff times after a major surgery.

Frequently “misplace” prescriptions, are often “out” of common medications, and refuse to assist customers when this occurs. Has been getting progressively worse over the last year or so.Most recently my 5yo son needed an urgent antibiotic, Dr. faxed it, called to check status 2 hours later, store claimed they never received it. I called multiple times the next morning and clerk kept saying they had nothing. Dr had to resend RX 4 times - pharmacist finally confirmed receipt, insisted it would be filled priority. Called back 10 minutes later to say they didn’t have the antibiotic at all, and had no idea when they would have more.Very disappointing and frustrating experience. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else for RX needs!

Initially I went to the 72nd Safeway pharmacy from the start because it was close and what I believed to be convenient.A few weeks ago I had gone in to pick up my prescription of tylenol3 & antibiotics for my rlly painful tooth infection. I handed them my paperwork and I was told it would be 30 minutes. Thank goodness I had gotten a lidocaine shot from my dentist to sooth the pain otherwise I’d be waiting nearly another 30 minutes on top of the 30 minutes I was told it would take in pain. I was a bit upset but I understand it was also a busy day so I kept my peace and didn’t let that altar my image of this pharmacy.Fast forward to today, the 30th of March. I had my dentist send my prescriptions to this same pharmacy. I had gotten 4 wisdom teeth pulled and 2 molars pulled. After my appointment we ventured straight to this pharmacy only to be met with arguing over what insurance was ran last time. I gave them my Cigna, my United American health care card and my drivers license to document last time but all they could find on file was my old Molina health card I never renewed, I don’t know how they charged that or used that when those weren’t the cards I had given them previously. being told that your insurance isn’t accepted here all while you’re in pain trying to figure out why it was accepted 2 weeks prior was my kicker. I was starting to feel all my pain so I had no choice but to pay in full for my medications before snapping from the pain.. I let the staff know to still have a good day but they will never see business from me again. They have a lot to learn when it comes to how they properly file their paperwork or something.
