Pharmacist was awful, condescending and so inconsiderate. It is literally the pharmacies job to refill prescriptions and support customers with that task! You are managing life-saving prescriptions for a lot of folks and not having the proper people skills to be able to deal with difficult situations is not OK. Be kind.

Most of the people there are very unpleasant- even sometimes downright rude. There are a couple who are pleasant, but itās unfortunate that so many are not and they work with the public. They really need to monitor their customer service and train their people on customer service and/or get staff who are good with the customers.

I have been cutoff from my daily mental health prescription cold turkey for a week because of their inability to refill it. Every time I call, IF a pharmacist answers the phone as prompted (big if), I am told itāll be ready tomorrow. This is not the first time this has happened and it has a significant hinderance on my well-being.

Just picked up several medications I need for an upcoming surgery and called before to see if they were open since itās holiday. The women on the phone was very kind and kindly warned me my medications were about to be restocked. She helped when I arrived in also finding over the counter drugs. I greatly appreciated her assistance and kindness.

Repeatedly filled prescription with wrong amount, I need 3 months they gave me 1 month, and then were rude when asked to fix it and kept canceling it and refusing to correct it. Hardly ever get medication in stock even when it's requested way in advance. Keep telling me that meds are ready, but then when I come to get them that they are not and to come back tomorrow; they did this several days in a row even when I called to check in advance. They have made me go several days unmedicated before and will probably in the future as well.

If I could give a zero I would. Customer service was nonexistent. I was given a vaccine for tetanus 2 weeks earlier in the month by this Safeway, and then went for a covid booster today. The two were both in November. Only to be told I have medicare at age 63. I don't. I working full time as a doctor. Maybe verify insurance before someone shows up?

My wife and I went in to get a flu shot and they said (very rudely) that we had to schedule online but that they were all booked up. We looked online and there was a slot open at 8pm so we booked that and received a phone call about a minute later from the pharmacist saying that 8pm was too late to do a flu shot. We went back up to the pharmacy and I asked him is 8 PM is too late then why does your online system let us schedule at 8 PM. He made up some lies about the online system and how itās āunreasonableā and even less people schedule at midnight. That didnāt seem to be true to me based on the schedule times we saw online. I was really surprised to see the pharmacist visibly angry, and raising his voice at us. There was a woman working the front register, who was acting very similarly towards us. None of this makes sense to us because the pharmacy doesnāt close until 9 PM so 8 PM should be totally reasonable. I definitely would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. To be treated like this by complete strangers is very confusing. Iāve seen some five star reviews where people say that the lower reviews donāt reflect this pharmacy. These are simply not true and those people are somehow just lucky. Iāve worked with irate customers most of my life in customer service, and rather enjoy it so I am still a very calm mannered person when someone is being irate with me. I didnāt see any reason for them to be so rude to us.
