Repeatedly filled prescription with wrong amount, I need 3 months they gave me 1 month, and then were rude when asked to fix it and kept canceling it and refusing to correct it. Hardly ever get medication in stock even when it's requested way in advance. Keep telling me that meds are ready, but then when I come to get them that they are not and to come back tomorrow; they did this several days in a row even when I called to check in advance. They have made me go several days unmedicated before and will probably in the future as well.

If I could give a zero I would. Customer service was nonexistent. I was given a vaccine for tetanus 2 weeks earlier in the month by this Safeway, and then went for a covid booster today. The two were both in November. Only to be told I have medicare at age 63. I don't. I working full time as a doctor. Maybe verify insurance before someone shows up?

My wife and I went in to get a flu shot and they said (very rudely) that we had to schedule online but that they were all booked up. We looked online and there was a slot open at 8pm so we booked that and received a phone call about a minute later from the pharmacist saying that 8pm was too late to do a flu shot. We went back up to the pharmacy and I asked him is 8 PM is too late then why does your online system let us schedule at 8 PM. He made up some lies about the online system and how it’s “unreasonable” and even less people schedule at midnight. That didn’t seem to be true to me based on the schedule times we saw online. I was really surprised to see the pharmacist visibly angry, and raising his voice at us. There was a woman working the front register, who was acting very similarly towards us. None of this makes sense to us because the pharmacy doesn’t close until 9 PM so 8 PM should be totally reasonable. I definitely would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. To be treated like this by complete strangers is very confusing. I’ve seen some five star reviews where people say that the lower reviews don’t reflect this pharmacy. These are simply not true and those people are somehow just lucky. I’ve worked with irate customers most of my life in customer service, and rather enjoy it so I am still a very calm mannered person when someone is being irate with me. I didn’t see any reason for them to be so rude to us.

I’ve been to this pharmacy at least 30 times over the last 15 years for prescriptions and vaccines shots and every time I have a good experience. No complaints. I’ve read the ratings and they’re NOT representative of this pharmacy at all. Happy to give a 5.

Rude staff. Unhelpful and condescending. Completely unhelpful when trying to get appointments set up for shots. I think they deliberately make the website system a challenge so as to reduce the number of people they have to vaccinate. I just quit trying to get vaccinated there even though they are only a few blocks from my house. Much easier time at all their competitors. Safeways shame on you.

Every interaction I’ve had with the pharmacy staff has been so frustrating. They’re all rude in person and on the phone & always make me feel like I’m inconveniencing them… by picking up my prescription. Yikes.Edit: except for the pharmacist Julie. She was nice.

The Pharmacy declined to offer me a Covid vaccine booster at my appointment for the shot stating the vaccine booster had been approved for my age etc by CDC and FDC but not by Safeway . The clerk then went off on her break .

I’ve had a very difficult time communicating effectively with the staff at Safeway. I have phoned them, I have physically walked into the store to speak with them directly to get changes to my account made with no success. I have asked them to change my cell phone number so they can contact me, did not happen. I have asked them to change doctors that they currently had on file that were prescribing me medication’s that I no longer go to, that did not happen. I don’t know what else to say other than that I’m very disappointed with this Pharmacy and I should’ve known that you don’t go to a store to have your prescriptions filled. You go to a pharmacy to get a prescription filled. So, with the said, during my next doctors visit, I will have all my prescription moved back to a Pharmacy.

Up until recently I have had no problems with the pharmacy. Several times now I have had prescriptions not filled in a timely manner.Today, a week after it was prescribed, and two days after I was told it would be in their order "tomorrow ", I had to call about the status, only to be told it was back ordered and I wouldn't be able to get it in time for my surgery. They didn't call me to let me know this, I had to call them to check on it! Very unprofessional

Terrible. Enough said. Terrible customer service. Poor communication between themselves. Always unorganized. And now they never have my rx and don't inform me that they can't get it. I'm done. To many years of dealing with this.

My insurance was max out of the pocket for the year. I was wondering why there was still a charge, so I asked her could you double checked my insurance? She immediately responded “Ah, it’s just $1.90”.
