Today we did our annual visit to our Safeway for Flu and Covid vaccines. We did have a little bit of a wait, but the service was wonderful and the pharmacist who did our shots was professional and superb at giving the injections. Apologies if not saying her name correctly, possibly Selena / Sarina? Thank you for the wonderful care today!

I really love this Safeway pharmacy. They treat their customers with care. They smile and ask about your day. There is almost never a line. The only time I have experienced a line is when I showed up right after the lunch break - which is to be expected. What I like the best is that the Safeway app has a place for your pharmacy health and you can refill your prescriptions or have refill requests sent to your doctor from the app.

This has been my pharmacy for about 5 or 6 years now. Before that, getting my medications was a complete disaster, but since I've been at this pharmacy, everything has changed. It's so easy to get my medications here, and the customer service is also wonderful. Kelly is a super professional, very attentive, and kind woman. She works hard to resolve any problems so I can get my medications. Thanks to her, my life in this regard is much easier. Thank you, Safeway, for having an excellent pharmacy.

I received excellent customer service skillsets from Keith Choug the pharmacist as I had a referral from other pharmacy and I need to fill my prescription before heading out of time yesterday. Keith took care of me along with the pharmacy tech Czarng was great as well. I obtained my meds before the pharmacy went to lunch time closer. I will always use the 56th Safeway Phamarcy and tell other's to use them as well. Great Job???We appreciate you. Peace Farmer J

My wife an I both got a Covid and an RSV shot last month. We received a printout for the Covid but nothing for the RSV.Why not?Should I contact my state's Department of Health about this?

Friendly knowledge staff. Sometimes I'm not able to get the meds I need but it's not their fault. There is a shortage they give me what they have on hand.

Stop by today at 8:15 Super Bowl Sunday and head to self check because of employee scheduling issues. Manager hadn't even bothered to open the register and man it himself or herself. Tired of paying top dollar for no service

I came in to ask and they had some salt and vinegar chicken wings and the person behind the counter by name of James which was extremely rude and unprofessional goes isn't there over there in the hot case and then when I told him no then he goes wrong fine it's going to take about 18 minutes and then I told him he's like okay I will wait but I am not sure if I wanted to come back to this location because of him

Very, very long wait times if you call and Sometimes prescriptions get stuck in voicemail. Don’t expect them to have your present ready if it is called in. I recommend choosing a different pharmacy.

Does not honor online appointments, refuses service, rude to customers. I booked an appointment for vaccination on the website. Showed up for a 10:00 appointment, was told by ANTONIO that no vaccinations before 11am. I showed proof and confirmation of my appointment, he flatly denied service, repeating "no shots before 11am. I told him I'd had vaccinations in this pharmacy prior to 11am (just a week before), he said "that's impossible". He was lying. ANTONIO threatened to "call the police" if I did not stop taping the conversation. A false, empty threat with no merit. I have since booked appointments with Safeway Pharmacy as early at 10am. I've dealt with other employees at this pharmacy, ANTONIO is the only person who's ever (lied) and denied appointment & service.
