You have to make sure you give them your phone number because they don't ask for it. They complain they're short staffed, so you may not get your prescription for days.

Lines can get kind of long depending on time of day but what pharmacy isn't busy. Highly recommend this location. Way better store and quality of Proctor. They don't always have everything you need in stock (a national shortage is a national shortage) but the staff makes up for it with their friendliness, and knowledgeable manager. They always try and resolve any issues you may have whether it be with insurance, the doctor, or another pharmacy. Good job pharmacy team! Keep it up.

Had to go to the ER. The doctor noticed my insurance was expired and specifically put in my prescriptions at this pharmacy for me to pick up the next day. However, they wouldn't give it to me. Let's hope I don't have to go back to the ER.

These guys suck. No cashiers other than the big dude overseeing self check out and it would not take my club card and he told me to enter my phone # but I know that problem is it is attached to a old phone number I don't remember. I could have checked out without club card but the prices are ridiculous on a good day so off to winco I go on 6th ave where they always have good prices without a card to track you

Well after shopping here since relocating to the area, and being happy with the store and location, I must say all good things come to an end. I can no longer deal with the homeless taking over this shopping center. They seem to have located themselves in every corner of the complex and have now set up camp in the main parking lot. Until management gets control of this situation and clean the area up and make it cleaner and safer I will be doing my shopping elsewhere.

Do you like to have people be incredibly rude to you and make you feel like dirt? This is your store then! I went to try and buy propane from the customer service counter and the dark haired lady who works there was shockingly mean and rude and clearly hates her job. All she had to do was take my money and call someone else to go get the propane. I was super friendly with her and she scolded me. She was incredibly rude to the people in front of me as well. I would definitely not call this "customer service". I get that this Safeway is always extremely understaffed, but the other workers are at least civil to customers. Anyway, probably best to just avoid this Safeway altogether unless you like being yelled at.

Very rude staff and will purposefully got out of their way to be as unhelpful as possible.I will never come back here. Roxanna or Texanna doesn’t seem to understand what is going on. I would give no stars if that was possible.

I recently moved back to this place so I started shopping here. It's dirty, the clerks are rude. And the manager is nowhere in sight. To make things worse, I stood in line at the pharmacy to buy some allergy meds and they're super impatient and rude. It wasn't so bad just a couple years ago. What the heck happened? Corporate needs to find them a new supervisor quick.

Takes 3-4 tries to get get a prescription filled. I called it in, called my doctor, but every time I show up, they have no idea what’s going on and tell me it’ll be ready tomorrow. They said that the last two days!!

Just moved into this area and I picked up some prescriptions for my mother on Wednesday. The guy working there had absolutely no clue about anything and seemed to be annoyed by everyone.

I've never had anything but good service. I can communicate with the pharmacy and it's so convenient to pick up medicines there. I really appreciate the notices by text messages as well.
