Kendall H. Was so rude and miserable the whole time , the look on her face as she’s staring there looks like she can’t stand the costumers , and if you try and talk to her at all , she makes it clear that she can’t stand you . She’ll say she doesn’t know how to do the simplest of tasks , in hopes that you’ll just leave and if you try and help her by showing her she cuts you off and try’s to use bullying and intimidation tactics then when another employee arrives she changes her whole demeanor immediately. She should not work in costumer service !

I just want to give a shout out to shevelle in the customer service department. (Hope that is her name, I quickly glanced) She is the epotime of wonderful customer service. After the day I was having and in a time crunch, she quickly helped me with western union transaction and had the most inviting personality and a huge smile. She was a breathe of fresh air after the terrible customer service I've experienced lately at many different businesses.I visited on 2/9 around 4pm, thank you again for going above and beyond providing 5 ? customer service!!!

I really wish the deli would change their fryer oil every once in a while. They constantly overcook all the fried items. If you'd look at their food today everything is dark brown and dry. When they do change their oil the food improves dramatically. I have told their deli staff, they agreed with me, and told me to tell their deli manager. I told their deli manager and she seemed very uninterested. I don't know how the head deli manager still has a job...

I’d just like to give a shout out to the manager that was working this afternoon 1-24-24. My dad went there for groceries and like many stores they didn’t have a hand basket. My dad who’s a double leg amputee, can’t easily push a cart from his wheelchair, so the manager grabbed a cart and shopped with/for him the whole time.

Went here two days in a row one at 6pm and one at 12pm and both times had super rude deli staff. Bad attitudes and don’t want to help. Won’t be going to this location anymore. Dont work with people if you’re gonna be rude to the customers.

Been coming to this Safeway for over 10 years and the Deli has always been a major issue. Every time I come in and want to order a sandwich the employees do there best to act like your not there and ignore you hoping you will go away. I don’t get the point of having a deli where the purpose is to sell food to make money but the deli employees do there best to ignore you. Would be nice for a change to have someone behind the counter ready and happy to help.I have talked to store employees and management many times in the store about this issue. They always call over the intercom to get someone to help but have never actually tried to fix the issues with the employees.

Staff is horribly RUDE at customer service. I only go to get inconvinanced everytime , they never disappoint. Also the deli has sum issues with putting to much work on employees. It's just the worst.

I shopped at this Safeway for 15 years before we moved out of the area. Now I stop in from time to time to get a Starbucks or their awesome deli chicken.

I thought it was odd Seafood dept closed at 6. Good prices on steaks. Not a lot of people. Checkout was faster than I thought it would be.
