I called to get information about the purchase of a new hot water heater. I was given an 800 number. After. Calling it, I recognized that it must have been off site in another country. Lots of people talking in the background. I only wanted to know the price of a larger water heater.
Noah, who I talked to wouldn’t give me any information about what size of water heaters they had or any information on their prices.
A Very frustrating experience.

They refused to sale me the part needed to fix my furnace after they told me the tech couldn't come till the 28th. I called the 16th in the middle of December and have a 6 year old so I ended up finding the part after alot of difficulty but I would not use them ever if I could give no stars I would.

Had my frig looked at june 12 needed a part with in to weeks it's now Aug 20 no part no return calls. Always used them. NEVER AGAIN

Waited 2 hours and 18 minutes, the tech never showed. This was for an A.C. quote! They kept promising if we waited 15 more minutes that the tech would show up, finally got a hold of a customer service rep that was honest and said that they were still at the previous appointment. 100% Sears fault for over scheduling reps and not notifying customers.
