I got a gift set for Mother's Day from my daughter and would like to exchange it for a gift card so I can buy anything I like, but I missed the deadline by three days. Hell they refused to exchange it to a gift card. I understand if I returned it for a refund but for a gift card? This place sucks! I WOULD NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THIS PLACE IN THE FUTURE.

I had an amazing experience tonight shopping at your Tacoma location. Tnaya Was so helpful and friendly. She has the biggest smile and I just love her energy.
She was super personable. I really appreciate great customer service and had to acknowledge her tonight.

RACIST? Unhelpful. Aggressive
I just left this store around 6:15-6:20 PM today. The store was busy, and there was a crowd of women at the front of the store when you first walked in, gather around talking to each other. I walked through the store and saw that they had a long line of people waiting to check out. I could not find the product I was looking for and could not find any staff to help me. Back to the front of the store where I saw the large group of women gathered. They all stared at me. I asked if all of them worked here. A Heavy set blonde White woman scale, and said what do you need? Are you shorter woman of color? Send it to me yes and asked how she could help. I asked her for The Fenty mascara. She took me to some small pocket size ones. I informed her I wanted the larger regular size one. She walked off and said something unintelligible. I assume she was going to get it And come back. After waiting a few minutes, I noticed that she was not coming back. In fact, I found her back at the same place she was before. As I walked out of the store, she locked eyes with me and said nothing. I’m not sure if the group of women were racist, Did not feel like I afford anything in there, or simply did not come to work today. Store was busy in they were useless and unkind.

Denise - is so gorgeous! Very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable!!! She wasn’t about just selling me products. She asked me questions about my skincare routines, different products I’ve used. She listened to my concerns and really cared about my skin health. It was way beyond just make up. Bravo Denise!!! Thank you for the great service!!!

went in to get my brows waxed for the first time. Highly recommend if you aren’t sure where to go to get your brows waxed, I saw Carolina and she was amazing!

I had a perfume certificate for 3 years, I came to this location 2 weeks ago and the person who help me that day, was not helpful at all she just told me to redeem my certificate online and that was basically the only choice she give me, unfortunately I couldn’t do it online since my certificate was really old so I came back today, Rebeca give me the best customer service ever, this time i didn’t feel like I was bordering no one, Rebeca help me to redeem my certificate she even call customer service to help me even more, she was helping me for almost a hour and I’m so grateful for that, is so hard to find good customer service in this days so thank you so much Rebeca!

I haven't been to the Mall or Sephora since way before COVID. But had to go to Apple Store 2 months ago and stopped at Sephora. I asked the assistant if she would recommend a lip color me. She rudely waved her hand around and said "there are so many, you have to choose yourself". I know this is true but I thought that is why they have these people floating around. After she walked away I said to her "you have beautiful hair, you look like Shakira". She said "thanks" and continued walking hahaaa. I should have said "you look like a witch". Heheee, I wished I had now . Anyway, I stopped at Ulta in GH. They were wonderful and I ended up spending $300. Sephora has lost me now as a customer.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Isaiah! I came in for a door dash order to pick up and couldn't find what I need. Isaiah came over and helped me with their perfect customer service! They knew the products and exactly where to find them! Thank you so much Isaiah for your help!
