This is where you want your vehicle repaired. Absolutely top notch service and work. Great communication and keeping us well informed and up to date on the status. We had been lied to and put off by another shop and pulled our business and brought it here. An hour away from home but worth every bit. Front office was polite, knowledgeable and committed to our experience there. Shop did great work, made sure things were done right the first time. Exactly the experience you hope for with a repair shop but rarely find. Obviously I hope not to have another vehicle requiring repair but if I do, I know where it’ll go.

Both Austin and Daphne were amazing people who helped me out and gave me all the info I needed when I brought my car in for repairs. They were up front with the time it would take and streamlined the process with my insurance company. When I got my car back (earlier than expected) it looked brand new. I'm super happy with Crash Champions (aka Service Kings) and will recommend them to everyone I know.

Sooooo glad I was referred to these guys!!! From the moment I brought my Bimmer to them, I was impressed!!!Their professionalism and customer service is second to none!!! Definitely will be coming back if I need any more work done on my or my wife’s car. Austin and his crew treated my car as if it was their own. They kept me up to date and made to process so smooth. I've been here a couple of times. From big body work and smaller fixes. My car always looks back to new! Austin, Daphne, and Jourdan are the A team! They keep you updated on the progress. I will continue to recommend their services! Thank you for all that you do!

My AC condenser got damaged by a rock earlier this year, found this place conveniently within a few miles from my house and was in network with my insurance so I got quoted then scheduled, once the service date came around, dropped off my car, went home and in just a few hours, it was done! Very happy with the service and thank you service king! AC is working as it should again.

VERY UPSET for wasting a month waiting for an appointment that I am told I cant even have because I was NEVER told at my scheduling that you don't take in non-drivable cars. I get they are understaffed but if I was told that when I scheduled I would've called somewhere else. If your car is non-drivable call another place because right now waits are few weeks to couple months long due to an industry wide staffing shortage. Thanks for wasting several hundred dollars of rental and now I'm running out of rental coverage due to the incompetence of the scheduling staff.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR IN IF IT IS NOT DRIVABLE--- I wasted 1 month waiting only to be told I cannot take my car in due to its non drivable status. Why don't you tell this to people scheduling their appointments with you? I am absolutely LIVID because there's a shortage right now and I am looking at wasting another 2 months waiting for appointments when I could've had one earlier due to the scheduler's incompetence. There's no way your customer will know if you don't take in non drivable cars. Thanks for wasting my time and now I have to figure out what to do because my insurance car rental policy is maxing out.

The staff were amazing!! My mom had just passed away on the 31 of July and I had left of was her car. Well ya'll guessed it, I was in an accident (not at fault). They made me feel comfortable and hel]ed me to understand the process.Thanks Service King Collision
