They have 20+ wide toe box shoes which is what I needed. They even had an ultra light model I can wear for running with some inserts.

Horrible customer service! Severely under-staffed! I knew exactly what shoe I wanted, and what size. It took almost half-an-hour to get anyone to acknowledge me. When I asked if they had the shoe I wanted in a size 9, I was dismissed with a curt “no”. There was no attempt to see if here were any in the back, or attempt to offer me another shoe. I was just dismissed out of hand. DONT BOTHER SHOPPING HERE!

It used to be a good place with high quality. I have been a long time customer of sketchers, sad to see year after year the management gets worse with rude staff. It is obvious the company is shortsighted for profit only.

The GZone's Review of Skechers Warehouse Outlet at Lincoln Plaza 2505 S 38th St., Tacoma, WA
Big shout out to the Skechers Warehouse Team (Store Mgr, Elisa & others). Drove up from Olympia with a pair of skechers I purchased from the Centralia Outlet store over 6 months ago with no receipt, and all I wanted was to exchange them for different style\pair. They took care of me, no problem. It was quick, smooth, and I was out in less than 20 minutes.
Well run store. Clean and organized. Knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional staff.

I bought a pair sketchers less than a year ago. After regular wear (no jogging or running - just average walking in the course of my day) they began to break in the heal. I then discovered that there are tiny pieces of plastic in the heal that break through, slicing your heal. I discovered this fact after returning home and finding that my heals had been sliced open by the shoe. I now have scars on my heals and dried blood in my shoes. When I went to a store to try and return the shoe, the sales person was unhelpful and rude, going so far as to ignore me when I pointed out that this was a dangerous liability. I would strongly urge you not to buy any sketchers. Because if this level of injury can happen without Sketchers being concerned, I have serious doubts about their quality and safety. In the images below, you can see the sharp plastic pieces and the dried blood on my shoes. It took my feet a couple weeks to recover, during which time I could not wear any shoes with backs!

The store set up- Great. Easy to find what ur looking for. Staff is friendly and helpful. Not a lot of seats to try on shoes, but they do have them and mirrors near by. In-store sales, clearance section (I'd say a lot of children's shoes in that section. I wasn't counting tho ?) Prices: I can't say high /low, bc that depends on our own income & budget. But, Is mos def say decent prices. Not bargain basement - not top end. So, it works outI got a pr., of shoes and a pr., of sandals. Satisfied customer #GOHAWKS!!
