The store set up- Great. Easy to find what ur looking for. Staff is friendly and helpful. Not a lot of seats to try on shoes, but they do have them and mirrors near by. In-store sales, clearance section (I'd say a lot of children's shoes in that section. I wasn't counting tho ?) Prices: I can't say high /low, bc that depends on our own income & budget. But, Is mos def say decent prices. Not bargain basement - not top end. So, it works outI got a pr., of shoes and a pr., of sandals. Satisfied customer #GOHAWKS!!

Every time I come here I always get great service. The most recent trip to the Tacoma location was exceptional thanks to Kathy. I brought my friend and home care client with me to find some new shoes and Kathy went above and beyond helping them find a good pair of shoes that fit nicely. Kathy was very patient and understanding. Her efforts were greatly appreciated!

I was not very satisfied with my purchase at Skechers Warehouse. The prices have skyrocketed, and sometimes they just don't have the shoe that I need. I am pretty picky and need good shoes. But I did find a pair that I liked, and were comfortable in the marked down area. I guess they were from summer.

It's a Sketchers outlet... They have a decent selection of closeout shoes/boots/sandals. They even have Skecher skate-shoes?? Which I didn't even know that was a thing. Literally, a Sketchers shoe with wheels. Like Heelys cracked-out version or something.

I have been coming to this location for the past three years, and they are normally understaffed, and seem to be overworked, but at least they normally have a good shoe selection. Today the manager Paige was yelling at me for not having proof of my employment to get a discount. It wasn't the proof that upset me, it was the way she handled the situation. I do understand company policy, but to yell at me and then treat the other customers(white ones) with respect really made me angry and hurt. Someone needs to go help this location with customer service and handling situations. Definitely will not be back to this store again.

Staff are not very helpful... last couple times I've been to this location they don't seem to want to answer any questions or help you find anything. Lol which is their exact job!

Hit a good sale. Buy one pair and get half off second pair. I don't think that was all shoes, but worked for what I wanted.

Didn't have the size shoes I need, apparently sizes over 12 are pretty rare. Their prices have gone through the roof. Walked around the corner to Big5 and found my size shoes for half the cost.If you're the average person with an average shoe size looking for an average shoe, you'll find it here.

They didn't have many summer Sandler choices. But it's late in the season. Found a couple pair. . .

My wife and I went there today for the first time. No customer service asking if we needed help. Found two pairs of shoes with an on sale tag for $59.99. Upon checkout, the total seemed too high for the sale tag prices. When pointing out the sales tags on the shoes, to the sales person, they began telling us this was a mistake by an employee that was no longer working there, and they could not sell the shoes for that price. This is clearly false in-store advertising/a ploy to gain higher sales commissionsby sales persons. The sales person cut those tags off of the shoes and stated the sales price does not apply. I asked for the manager, and the sales person stated, since the store manager left that, they were the acting manager. Any store that I have been too, will sell the miss tagged items for the price stated on the tags, and then correct them after the sale. Any properly managed store will make sure their inventory is properly tagged with the correct prices. I could understand mabye one type of shoe being miss tagged, however not two different types of shoes. This left us with a terrible first impression of this store's work ethics and poor customer service. If you go there beware of miss tagged items!
