Great service. Their online system makes it easy to see the repairs your car may need and you can accept or deny the services easily. They are also available to call and chat about your vehicle if you need that too.
Sam is a great worker who helped me with a smile. Would highly recommend.

I brought my 2016 Ford Explorer here after months of other mechanics not being able to diagnose the issue. The mechanics here were very thorough with the testing and trying to recreate the symptoms while being communicative the entire time. I finally felt like someone took me seriously and cared enough to actually find what was wrong. Will Highly recommend to others and I plan on returning if anything else goes wrong

Would highly recommend this shop, i know a good amount about vehicles and do alot of work myself, but now that I have found this shop I may have some more free time on my hands, the staff was very kind, they kept me informed during the whole process, repairs and the quality is top tier. I will be bringing all my vehicles here and telling all my friends. Thank you Southend Auto Care you guys rock!!

They were recommended to me by my mechanic who said they did quality work. They got me in right away, did a repair on an emissions leak and a few other things. Car has been running well since, no lights or anything having turned on. I've driven it about 500 miles since it was fixed and there has been no issue. They gave me a ride home while my car was being fixed and then stayed after because i ran late picking it up. I really appreciate the service they did. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Southend Auto after a recommendation from a coworker. They were able to get me in without an appointment and quickly diagnose the problem with my suspension. They were efficient with the repair and I had my car back the next day. A few days later the owner Mark called me to ensure everything was taken care of to my satisfaction.

After making it almost to my final destination while driving cross country, My brakes went out. I had my truck towed to South End and was greeted as soon as the truck pulled in (This was after hours mind you). The gentleman who helped me was very nice and let me know they would get working on it first thing in the morning, and I was driving it home the next day after they fixed my brakes. The team here is phenomenal and they now have a customer for life whenever I or a friend need any sort of repair work for a vehicle. Everyone I have interacted here with has been courteous and nice, and explained everything completely to me. Would definitely recommended any sort of service to them.

Dealer wanted well over $1,000 for “deferred maintenance” and Southend Auto Care (honestly) said it wasn’t necessary. They even rushed the service so I could make it to my doctors appointment. Will be back at the next service interval.

My father has done work with these guys over the years. Now that he has passed and my mom is on a fixed income, they have been nothing but understanding and polite when she has had car troubles. I have worked with them on my company vehicle, and regardless of the issue, they diagnose and complete every job in a very timely manner. In a world where you cant trust anyone.. South End Auto has proven time and time again, that they have the utmost integrity when is comes to their business practices. Cant say enough about how honest and respectable they are.
