I brought my 1993 buick roadmaster in and by no fault of theirs the window motor was unavailable and the received the wrong window but they went into beast mode and did a major search and located it, I found the motor online. Accidently a interior trim piece was broken and again they had to do a 50 state s search because I have been dealing with these cars forever and I couldn't find it in the right color and they did. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Took a company car here for a windshield replacement, $900 +. Was told not to re-mount our in-car camera for a few days. Went out after 2 days to mount the in car camera and found the windshield leaking, floorboard full of water. Went back today and they replaced the windshield. When leaving, I found that the camera bracket was bent from being forcibly removed from the first windshield install. Went back in and was basically treated like it was my problem, not theirs. They bent the metal camera bracket, hopefully it will mount. There is a lack of professionalism in the business. Appears not to be managed very well, and a lot of employees walking around between offices. Not coming with my vehicles.

I received the quickest quote from Speedy, and they were the only one of at least four I requested quotes from to follow up and ask if I had any questions or wanted to schedule. Scheduled me within about a week for my windshield replacement. The time for replacement was about 90 minutes, they told me it'd be about 2 hours tops. Windshield looks great, no issues. Service was friendly.

Went there with a China hutch door hoping to get some replacement glass and was surprised at how quickly they got it done . It was a Friday around 2 in the afternoon . They said it could be as long as Mon since they don’t work on weekends and so I put it off till Mon in my mind . An hour before closing , I get a call the same day saying it’s done . Win win !!

I needed to replace a piece of specialty glass, 4 establishments told me that they couldn't do it. I took it to Speedy Glass in Tacoma and Kyle fixed me up. Great job!

Super convenient. Getting a quote and appointment was easy, install was quick, and service was great the whole way. Their earliest appointment time was over a week after I called, but I'd say it was worth the wait.
