All of the staff is great, except the manager. She is always snooping and making weird
excuses for peeking in people’s unit. She tends to over-regulate the use of the facility. Keeps the place extremely clean and secure though. No people living in units or that kind of thing. This ‘No Smoking’ establishment is enforced via fines, which is nice for those who prefer not to smell smoke of any kind.

Awesome experience! The manager was super helpful and attentive. She walked me through all my options and helped me figure out the best unit for my needs. They have great short term specials and a moving truck for use!!

Absolutely fantastic, ...Mike (Big Mike) absolutely Wonderful and incredible person. Very rare to find Excellent genuine customer service. I had a unit here . Before I move somewhere thinking it was cheaper and better and it wasn't the staff here is perfect and they took me back with no problems and I appreciate this place it's five star place for sure

There isn't enough room to say all the wonderful things about this company and the staff we have worked with for the last three years. Saxony, Michael and Marie are the three people we have had the pleasure to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, always willing to give a helping hand if needed. You won't go wrong renting a unit with Storage Court of Tacoma.
