Shopping at this store was easy. Salespersons were helpful. Because we live "out of the service area" we had to pick up our furniture. No one at the store helped. Whatever. We got one pillow of the 3 that was not the right color/pattern. Returned it to the store. Was told it would take 6 weeks for a replacement. Really?!?! It's a pillow!Then one of our Finley recliners broke. Like really bad, according to the repair technician. Was told that it happens a lot. Will take 6 weeks for the replacement parts to be shipped! Again, really, put the parts in a box! That takes 6 weeks? If it happens so often, why aren't the parts stored locally somewhere? Really disappointed with this part. Also, wait times for customer service on phone are loooong!Will update in 6-8 weeks when stuff happens.

Wife and I visited Lazyboy in Tacoma yesterday, and were SHOCKED that we had to walk all the way to the Middle of the store before Some one Actually Greeted us We walked right by two sales Ladies, and they just Looked at us as if we were Lost, and Totally Ignored is. I was wearing a Sport Outfit with tennis shoes and Sweats .Next time we had better dress up Better, to be Considered Customers. Dee is the Friendly Lady who Finally Greeted Us and Helped us Find what we were Looking For. Dee said she didnt want to step on any Toes, of Other sales ladies, but we Found them to be very Rude" and Hope they will be Dealt with, for the Future Customers of LazyBoy

The staff at this location in Tacoma were amazing. We weren’t followed and bothered everywhere while trying different furniture pieces. However, they definitely offered their help and answered all of our questions. There was a great selection and we got a piece that was on clearance. Thanks for the great experience.

We were very impressed with the sales associates knowledge of inventory and product knowledge. We have purchased several leather recliners from this Location over the years but Dee was the first one to truly address size for my 5 foot wife.After sitting in several she sat in one that she actually fell in love with the comfort. Lazy Boy makes a quality product and has a quality sales associate.

I stopped by the Tacoma store to purchase a recliner as a Christmas gift for my husband. Reace was very helpful and explained the process. I went home after deciding which recliner to purchase. I returned the next day and purchased the recliner. The process was easy and the staff very helpful.

Very friendly and knowledgeable of their furniture. Made applying for financing quick, easy and painless. I would recommend them to anyone who may be in the market to buy new furniture.

We have a recliner which broke in July 2022. It's now December and still not repaired. They no longer have their own repair shops or staff. Repair work is contracted out.Our repair can not be done in our home so it has to go to a shop.We are still waiting for La-Z-Boy to follow up but have heard nothing. Follow up by La-Z-Boy is terrible.

Had a great experience. Our salesman was very knowledgeable- even making sure a chair was put together correctly with all wires plugged in so my husband could try it out.

Wendy was so very helpful. I wasn't planning on purchasing a sleeper sofa, was just starting my journey. The choices of styles was great, the blow up-pillow top mattress sold me. Great choice of fabrics. A great experience! Can't wait to get it.

Issues we are having with the couch- when my husband sits on one side of the cushion, the other side plops up and I can’t sit next to him- the fabric looks like it’s stretching out/worn out in just a few weeks that we’ve had it- when I’m laying down, the crevices between the cushion is very uncomfortable, the stuff edges of the cushion sticks out and rubs on you- the fabric is very much like a rug, and gives you rug burnsThe return policy is really poor, 3 days from purchasing. Considering delivery, this doesn’t allow customers to have the item long enough to decide, sounds like a really unethical business model. Had we known that I don’t think we would’ve purchased it. We haven’t even gotten the last part of the couch until tomorrow to see how it fits in our living room and how it looks altogether.I did try to call in a few weeks ago and left a voicemail, and earlier this week and today, but did not get a call back and just ended up calling the store multiple times until someone picked up.
