I asked the stylist to do a layered haircut and she did a straight cut. So I asked her to add more layers. She said “it’s not showing cause my hairs still wet” but when it dried up it looked horrible. I would never come here again, what happened to the old owner Anna she was the best. Please tell me if my hair looks layered.

A great haircut—Alex was kind and polite, and helped revive my look. This would be a 5/5 except for the lack of air conditioning at the shop. It was way too warm in there and I felt bad for the stylists, although I never heard a word of complaint from them.

My boyfriend went to get a haircut and the young woman was sooo amazing! She was friendly, funny, and really exceptional at her work he’s never been happier and neither have I!

Had an amazing experience yesterday with Ha. Not only did she provide excellent customer service but she brighten up a rough day. If I could give her 10 out of 10 I would give this place a 20. Amazing fade ! :)

I went in with a very specific hairstyle in mind but The middle aged black (not discriminatory to race just observation) never got her name took a quick glance at the reference photo and assumed all I wanted was a skin fade and when I tried to give her specific details she cut me off and started cutting, now I've never been picky about my haircut just as long as it looked decent I didn't care but this was for my grandpa's funeral and I told her as much and while the skin fade does look decent (hence the 2nd star) she completely ignored my wants and didn't even give it a second thought. Bc while yes I wanted a skin fade on the back and sides I wanted the bangs to remain long and the top to tapper back not just go back to my old army haircut

I'm not usually happy with how my hair turns out after getting it cut most places. But the ladies at Supercuts are so awesome. They take their time and don't rush threw it. Today Savvy hooked it up perfect. Thank you again you are the best.
