They are not helpful. They told me that when I released a phone number and phone from my Verizon account with a contract they would pay off the old phone. They do not do this. I called today to talk to them and find out why this was not done I spoke with Daniel P. and he was not helpful. They were sure nice when I could get them the PIN to transfer the phone number and told me over the phone they would pay it. Do not release anything to them they do not pay off the contract you will be left with the bill. This is first hand personal experience!

Bunch of scamming commission base ghetto charging for stuff that wasn't needed and ruined my other phone which they won't take responsibility for it so lawsuit I guess and I'll be going to AT& T

My darling Irene and I stopped in at T-Mobile, as she was having some issues with her phone. The person that attended us was excellent. Her phone has been working great ever since.

So we went here to get new phones and add a line. Diego advised it would be cheaper to get the go4G plan since we get one phone Free and $800 off the other... What he did not say is our plan would go up from about $120 to $220.... Be careful with this guy, he is good at giv8ng half baked info and once you sign up, youre screwed. We went back to ask and the guy was so rude and cold! "I told you that?" Denied ever seei g us ... sDespite he sold us the plan, was his response. Deal with Amber , the manager... avoid Diego. He will make you buy a plan you cant get out of.and be an rude after youre stuck. Shame o. You Diego for your lies.

Went into the store to ask about my magenta max plan. Over 100$ of service. I pay for the mobile Hotspot for my wife so she can have service. I haven't had the 3g mobile Hotspot service for 2 months. I come in and the male employee here doesn't know what 3g Hotspot is. He looks at me like I'm some idiot. I have to pull out my phone and show him that new phones have Hotspot and that was new to him. He then didn't know anything and basically told me there's nothing they can do. Idk who trained these people but shut this place down. It was better as an EB games.

This store and their employees are absolute trash. Two store visits plus two phone calls to their 800 national number didnt cancel my service (phone and internet) as I requested. All because I couldn't provide the 16 digit PIN number they setup when I open the accounts years ago. I received two bills for services I wasn't using while attempting to close my accounts. That "T" in T- Mobile stands for THUGS.

Came here on the recommendation of family after 35 years with Comcast (based on my experience, the Tacoma Mall Xfiniti store and staff embody Dante's ninth circle of hell).Wish I'd switched to T-Mobile years ago.First contact was online -- rep/acct. mgr. was AMAZING. Set-up of new service was seamless and minimally disruptive to my business and life. Also, the company appears to be run by mature grownups.Three subsequent visits to the 38th Street store in Tacoma -- I prefer in-person to online. Each time, I've had a very brief wait (less than five minutes), been greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff who've answered my questions as I get used to a different company, different programs, etc. One gentleman actually didn't know the answer to a question, excused himself -- galloped off to the back room on his own initiative, did some research, fixed the issue -- CHEERFULLY -- and had me on my way in less than 10 minutes total. (My last visit to Xfiniti? There were 12 customers ahead of me when I arrived, and 12 customers ahead of me when I left 90 minutes later. That was totally my fault -- I'd made the fatal mistake of telling the greeter I wanted to talk to a manager about a problem.)Apparently TMobile has a customer-centric ethos. I'm so used to hearing angry customers venting at volume to and about the Xfiniti store staff; it's going to take some time to accustom myself to civilized exchanges between grownups...If things go south, I'll weigh in again, but for now? I'm SO much happier with TMobile.

I previously went to the store to purchase a new phone I was helped by a gentleman by the name of Daniel the big one, not the little one I didn’t have all of the money at the time so I had to come back. He was sitting there doing absolutely nothing, when I walked in, I thought because he had helped me previously that he would help me again but no apparently my purchase would not have given him enough commission for him to help me with his time I did get help from a lady by the name of Alexandra, who was a doll She even seem to cringe at the treatment I was given by the previous employee. Needless to say the only reason why I give this store a three star is because of how awesome Alexandria was please hire more people like her and not more people like Daniel, being a previous sales supervisor I believe that customer service and how you treat your customers is how you get business word of mouth is the best advertisement. I got to say the store with this guy working there, not so great. I think this might be a great coaching opportunity for the gentleman to maybe get a refresher on his customer service skills I did get the feeling that this was just a JOB for him, not necessarily some thing that he would either be good at, or would like to pursue long-term but I digress. And I will be coming back to see Alexandria, but hope not to see that gentleman again. He puts a bad taste in my mouth with his less than desirable attitude.

Went in to upgrade husbands phone and was greeted by amazing friendly faces, Alexandria, Alexis, Solana & Ben were such amazing agents. Everyone worked together to give us the best service ever and best options for my husband and his phone. I have always returned to this location, not just because its close to us, but the staff at this location are very friendly and welcoming and they are full of knowledge.
