It has been our favorite store for a while besides the one at Hosmer street (we really like this one but it's been closed). There times where I stopped by to check out some new phones or to have them work on our phones and I most likely will make the monthly payments or pay off remaining balance for new phones, etc. They have some new ones that would tell you, you not able to make any payments or ask them to disclose any numbers because you're not an authorized user.I can't remember when this was their rules when i have done it instead of having my spouse stopping by!..it's interesting how they refuse to let me make the payment or to pay off the new phones because I needed to tell them exactly what the remaining balance is or I most likely cannot make any payments because I'm not an authorized person. Try to pay them ahead but they don't want my money!

The young women working in there are very unprofessional. If you don’t want to assist people why not seek a different profession? Went in there to add a new line to my account. The young woman assisted but towards the end appeared as if she was forced to. This service did not take over 30 minutes. I asked questions because I did not know much about iPhone.Employee seemed annoyed. Upon leaving the store employees began their insults. I returned to ask a question when another employee stated’You thought you were out of the woods with this one huh.’ You guys need to work on your customer service skills..This exchange was pretty much racist. Sales representative number ending in 128.Register 68. For the life of me I can’t remember their names.

justin is just rude for no reason. I was confused about pricing for a phone upgrade and he immediately started getting an attitude. luckily the guy that had actually helped me earlier was still there because i would've said something about Justin's attitude.

I am hoping this is the T-Mobile location at the Tacoma Mall. I would like to review, thanking the staff, especially Michael. Earlier today, I dropped my phone and it resulted in the screen breaking. I could not even enter my pin to access my phone, so I logged into my Samsung account and ultimately locked myself out. In order to access my T-Mobile account, a text message verification process is done. However, with my phone broken, I couldn't access my text message. I first drove to the 6th street T-Mobile location and dealt with a very rude employee. He looked at my locked phone, and it was almost as if he presumed I had stolen it, because he simply wrote a website on a sticky note and told me to contact them. I asked them how I could do that if I can't access my phone. He pointed to a tablet and said I could try using that. Of course, that tablet did not have access. So, after weeping for a while, I decided to try the Tacoma Mall location. Thank Goodness for them! Michael sat with me and help me switch the SIM card into an older phone, then I was able to receive a text message to go through the verification process. I am now scheduled to have my phone repaired, and I thank Michael for that.Avoid the 6th Ave location. Go to Tacoma Mall T-Mobile Store instead!

OIF/OEF Army veteran, switching the account from my wife’s control to mine for military benefits:Our experience today with Justin at the t-mobile store located in the Tacoma mall was by far the least professional exchange we have ever had. Upon entering the store, Justin, who remained seated and slouched, asked what he could help with. His nonchalant attitude should have been the first indication that we should have gone to another store. After explaining that we had been on the phone with a representative for 2.5 hrs and been instructed to visit a store, he promptly suggested we call them back M-F 9-3(today is late Friday). We left the store without him ever pulling up our account to see the notes, called t-mobile and were asked to return to the store so Justin could be instructed on how to help. Upon returning, Justin’s attitude seemed to slip further into the gutter. He remained seated, tried to brush off the t-mobile rep on the phone and begrudgingly pushed though the process. Lo and behold, the phone rep was right, Justin could have helped! Upon leaving the store, I asked for a customer satisfaction phone number or text and he replied “Jake(phone rep)” can help with that.

Visited today and had all my cell phone problems remedied. Bishop was incredibly helpful and we also bought a great speaker on his recommendation. It was super to have had such caring customer service.

Don’t trust these representatives, don’t trust the “bill” total they give you, don’t trust them when they tell you that you will not receive extra charges every month. Still dealing with the issues they have caused me back in September to my account.

Was trying to cancel A-line for my husband who recently passed and after multiple attempts at other locations and on the phone I was at my wits end and decided to try one more time at the Tacoma mall location. Khadijah (hopefully I'm spelling that right) was honestly the sweetest person and explained that while she may be limited to certain protocol she would do her best and in under 15 minutes took care of weeks of trauma from trying to close out the last thing in my late husband's name. Thank you does not express how I truly appreciate this store.

They added a second line and a useless tablet to my account without my permission. I called corporate to complain and disconnect the line. Very shady practices.

The Management and staff at the Tacoma Mall Store(not the kiosk store )have provided prompt excellent customer service every time I have been in the store. I appreciate the time they take in answering all my questions thoroughly. The assistant manager(John) especially has gone out of his way to make sure that everything worked out before i left the store. Thumbs up to this store and its employees .

I usually never give reviews, but the experience we had at the Tacoma Mall T-Mobile store needs to be said. We had a nightmare experience at the Apple Store, getting us connected with phone service with our new phones. They sent us to T-Mobile. Kerry was awesome along with the other staff. Very knowledgeable and patience and he truly took care of us. We left with happy campers with functioning phones.

I wish there was a zero stars option. Not only did I wait almost 45 min to have my screen protector replaced , but the so called manager refused to do it. I have 5 lines that all have insurance with all iPhones that were purchased through T-Mobile specifically this location. I’ve been told my screen protectors have a warranty and come with free replacement . I’ve done this 2 times already. Both times this was done with little resistance. This time not only did they have my number associated with a galaxy phone but they had no record of q protective being purchased through them. I'm sorry but my business is customer service and if I have been there 2 times before and had the screen replaced, why would they then try and argue that because it's not in the system they can't help me.. And basically say the two employees who did replace it previously were wrong in doing so. Either way this manager doesn't see how losing my business on the 5 lines to save the money on the screen protectir is just bad business. Also admitting your employees didn't do the right thing ultimately only shines a light on your abilities to properly train them. Get a clue on how insurance works. She's concerned about giving replacements out to the wrong accounts cause of the cost but fails to realize insurance doesn't ever lose them money. For every person who claims to have insurance replace a warranty item, ten other insurance payers don't ever need to use it.: she also attud to tell me the screen protecter costs come out of her pocket.. Don't go here... I'm switching to at&t

Very nice workers. I went to a different one and the lady wanted to charge me 50$ for a restocking fee for a defective phone I bought 7 days earlier. But the fantastic people here only charged me 99 cents. And that was only a tax thing. And I was in and out in no time. And they had the phone I wanted and no other store did.
